The location is great! Right by the mall, lots to do in the area. The room was very clean & comfortable.
It lists that they have a gym facility but they dont. I was looking forward to using the equipment. I ended up having to find a local gym. It was disappointing.

The stove didn’t work. The toilet seat was broke. Loud people upstairs…kids running. Minimal breakfast selection. Bath drain somewhat clogged. No plates, despite having a kitchenette.

They had a smoking area in back. Grab and go breakfast. Also I ordered from algotels first. Had a problem at sonesta because they wouldn’t take my Venmo card for the deposit. It was a no refund policy so I’m still waiting for them to see I couldn’t check in. Then went to extended stay and got double charged all in one day I paid for 3 rooms for one person.
I got charged online and when checked in. The man said it wasn’t charged it’s a hold. In morning I realized it was a charge and I said something to front desk. I was called a liar and had police called on me. The company had acknowledged I was double charged I was told I was getting all my money back and it’s now going on 2 weeks and nothing has been done.

Old, no updates, bathroom door frame looked like it has been ripped off a few times and just thrown back together and painted over. Laminate in kitchen was all coming off. Microwave didn’t work.

Didn't get what I reserved online, hole in bathroom door and handle broken. Staff did try to give me a different room with a broken couch.

The Price?
The room had an odor to it that stayed and didn't seemed like the room was cleaned. The site itself smelled like old food or spoiled food. Food splatter against the wall. Unable to accommodate a vacuum. There were people smoking weed outside next to the exit while we were walking our kids in or out not matter the time of day. Just over all not well maintained.

Dirty carpets, stains everywhere. the AC unit had dirt and debris inside. the room smelled of sitting water, musty. did not feel clean at all. i have stayed in Ext stay suites before, but this one felt gross and grimy

Like higher floor, smell n hotel. My sister room had stains on sheets n mattress. Bathroom floor needed new tile n smell. The management said
talk to booking agent because I did not get my discount for membership.
My sister room needed a makeover, floor tile had a space open around tub, She wanted to leave but it was too late to find a new hotel.

Claimed to be “no smoking” facility, but the room smelt like smoke. The toilet was NOT working and management did NOTHING to fix the issue, but laugh about the matter. After going back and forth for two hours, they were going to issue us a refund if we left. So we left and now still waiting for the refund!

Disgusting! Dangerous! Looks like someone got beat up repeatedly in the rooms. Exposed electrical. Approached by strange people. Bodily fluids? and other grime and crud all over the walls. If I was a drug addict I wouldn't even cook my drugs in that kitchen. I understand an outdated cheap hotel but this was downright nasty and dangerous. Did not bring my kids back for the night. Forfeited almost $300 to a place I wouldn't let my dogs sleep in let alone my kids. No response for a refund. Absolutely livid. Had to say there was an "emergency" to leave safely, didn't feel safe explaining the real reason for our departing in person.

Nick was working at the desk. Told me he was a manager when he wasn't. I have been staying at this hotel for 3 to 4 weeks And I book my reservations on booking.com every single day, every single day I would pay for my room online with my card. When I was at the hotel they took a picture of my ID and had my card on file. The week before on the 23rd There was a mistake Dayton, the water maintenance man that my room was empty and it wasn't so they called the police. Because my dog was in the room well. I came back to my room before the cop showed up. Descalated the situation, Nick and his co-worker were being very rude and disrespectful, because they couldn't find my ID on file. Then you charge me $30 fee for everything. And then after it was done, they came to my room privately after embarrassing me in front of everybody And he apologized for the mistake for overlooking my I. D and then a refund for the mistake. The following morning, the manager also apologized and fixed the situation Which I was very grateful for on the 27th Nick again kept saying we could not see my reservation. After I repeatedly showed him my booking gave him. The confirmation code showed him the money that came out of my account, but he kept insisting to take my card. I told him I would like to speak to a manager. The following morning I went to the desk the Lady at the desk took care of everything and I paid for my room for 27th and then I booked and paid for the 28th And everything was done well later that evening when I got back to the hotel Nick just walked right into my room without knocking or anything demanding my card. I tried telling him I already spoke with everybody and everything was fine. I even called the corporate office, and my phone call was recorded. I had him on speakerphone, trying to tell Nick that my reservations were paid for and clear. He still would not accept it. So I again got online and booked my room. A second time right in front of him he yelled.
Nick kept insisting to take my card. And charge me a walk in price when they had no vacant sign on the hotel He kept trying to charge me for the 27th and the 28th He changed the price. Try to charge me for 2 days And as I was rebooking my room online right in front of him, he said he found my Thursday's reservation but still insisted on charging me for Friday and when I refuse to give him my card because how weird the situation was and how he was acting, he called the cops on me even the. Officers when they showed up saw that I was not being. Mean rude or disrespectful? I was trying my hardest to resolve this situation, but he kept saying he couldn't understand and I had to leave the building. It was humiliating. I feel robbed and stolen from. And there is no reason why he should have needed or taken my card, especially to charge me the amount that he was charging me. Needs to be done. And I really need to speak to somebody about this...

When I arrived the lobby had a bad smell, a mixture of chemicals and cigarette smoke. The same smell was in the halls, elevator and my room. I was not able to stay in this facility though your staff at the desk handled it very kindly, professionally and refunded the money I had prepaid.

I was tired. Bed was comfortable to sleep. Room clean, Everything neat. Plenty of towels for my family. Water nice and hot. Hotel is more for people who stay longer, for it has kitchen you can cook your own food.
Small viewable thing like the hooks in bathroom need fixing, Only one garbage and its only in bathroom. Not to many soap if you end up forgetting it at home. Have to ask for it. Also was stated in booking that breakfast was included. Its not a continental breakfast, not even a breakfast at all. Its not for you to serve yourself, its located behind the front desk, 2 item per person. Small muffin, oatmeal they make for you. I have kids they don't eat that, have to go get breakfast. And even if you had a kitchen, I was not planning on make it. I travel to many hours for it and was not staying long.
