No security my daughter was very nervous all night from the partying

I would stay here again.

There are fun casual dining options nearby. There is a place that serves pleasant pupusas, and BK offers free french fries if you order through the app. The parking lot in front of the property conceals a fun green area towards the rear. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are comfortable. Great value for the price you pay.

All of the doors are outdoor facing. This is nice for easy entry and exit; however, there can be a bit of extra noise based on the setup. Based on the price, it is a good value. Unless you are very sensitive, the noise is a non-issue.

Recommended

Clean, comfortable bed, nice water pressure, really good selection of snacks in vending machine. Ice machine. No carpet so the floor was very clean. The room was large and spacious. Owners were very nice and accommodating. The price was very reasonable. The area seemed nice I didn't feel unsafe.

The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. That being said I didn't complain or I am sure they would of given me a different room. I just bought some frebreeze and sprayed. That's it. My stay was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

⅓ the size of my home and amazing

location was seemingly decent enough, hotel was suuuuper quiet minus about ten minutes where the person in the room above mine walked back and forth constantly for the ten minutes

perhaps insulate the floors above so noise doesn't travel down

Was charged twice. Bed very hard. Shower has no water pressure.

It’s like the previous guests were still there.

Area wasn’t too bad. We left our cargo bag on top overnight and everything was in tact in the morning. The bed was comfortable.

I went to put my food in the fridge and someone’s leftovers were there still. The bathroom had a weird smell. I went to shower and there was hair in the folds of the towel when i opened it. Tried to use the smaller towels just for those to be covered in stains. When I got to my car in the morning I noticed the cleaning staff let their cart hit my car and walk away. I wanted to leave at that point so I just got in and left. There was no point in complaining last night because they were fully booked so nowhere else to go and I felt like the new towels would still be dirty.

Excellent customer service

We had a late flight so we checked in after midnight & the gentleman running the office, let us stay after 11am while waiting on our ride home!! This may be our go-to hotel when flying to Cleveland International.

Simple, as affordable as possible, decent.

Convenient, cheaper than other places in the same location.

The main light didn't work, as well as the right bedside light & electrical outlet. The bathroom fan was on if the light was on; loud and annoying. It smelled of cigarettes badly. (a smoking room doesn't mean you need to smell like you smoke.) There were also stains on the comforter & the room keycard becomes redundant if you let it touch your phone or car keys.

We were surprisingly shocked at how nice it was for a motel 6.

The linen had hair on it when checking the bed. The washcloths and towels were extremely dingy and looked dirty. Asked for fresh washcloths and towels, we were denied so had to go to the store to get clean. The need to invest in bleach to wash the bath towels and rags

Cleaning services were excellent. The staff at the front desk were despicable. They were extremely rude and very unprofessional. When I checked out and asked for a receipt the man at the desk dugg up his nose with his finger and pulled out a bugger, then proceeded to rub it between his fingers.
