It was very close to where we needed to go. Beds comfortable.

It had snowed 2 days before and the parking lot was not cleared well and the entire sidewalk to the side door was snowy and icy and treacherous to walk on. The one elevator when the door opened I was BETWEEN floors! The second time - to go back to room- doors opened to it being a foot off floor!!!

No shower gel in the shower. Requested it and housekeeping put lotion in the shower instead. Called the front desk about it. They said they’d fix that morning. Never did. No soap in the shower the entire stay. Slow toilet swirled and swirled and finally on the second day, it overflowed onto the floor. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Tossed and turned both nights.

Housekeeping could have been better - there was trail mix along the base of my bed and it was not mine. Also, I didn’t like that the bedspread was attached to the comforter. I prefer to remove the top cover and was not able to.

Only place with availability while everything was sold out

The cleanliness. The staff's indifference to our concerns about the issues. The price was high. The room was tight. The room was next to noisy elevator and shared a wall with a passthrough door. There was stains on sheets, shower curtain, walls. Door was cracked at the knob and right in the middle of it. Microwave was unplugged and there was no socket available where it was within it's wall unit so I had to lift it out and find another switch. Management does not care and Hampton corporate needs to investigate

Very stiff bed, soar back every single day. Breakfast served is mediocre and sometimes was out of items and had to wait. Only one choice of egg.

The staff was very kind. I left something important behind, and they called to let me know and had it waiting when I returned. They even remembered who I was, though we only stayed one night. That human touch is priceless

The staff were lovely. The room was very clean, with a great view of the lake.

There were a few minor issues with room 523... the bath stopper didn't work, so I couldn't take a bath, the coat hanger on the bathroom door was falling off, the microwave was not plugged in. Otherwise, all was fine.

I got the room up on the 3 third floor which they gave me when I got there Great breakfast too. My room was very clean

Well the only down fall was the pillows were so flat to sleep on and also there was no coffee filter basket for the coffee maker I was going to get it ready for my boyfriend for the next mourning. Called the front desk she said come down and get one it was getting late we were ready for bed had to get up early for on the road which I was a little disappointed ☹️ And when I checked in she was rude about my card we don't expect money you paid in advance. I already had a rough day too.

Location was great, close to family's home. Employee's were very helpful and willing to assist us with room issues. Loved the shampoo, conditioner bottles in the shower.

Heating, air was not constant, either too hot or cold upon trying to find a suitable temperature. There was no paper, pen, phone or TV remote was available. Extra large towels would have been lovely.

Facility is “tired” looking. Needs some work to update and not look so worn. Check in area is very generic. Not welcoming at all. Lighting in room is bad. Fluorescent, harsh lighting. Needs to be warmer lighting in main room and bathroom.

It was a very mixed feeling. 1/2 was very good. 1/2 was frustrating.

Location good. breakfast like most with full breakfasts. Bed clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our first room had no hot water in the shower. We took a cold shower the first night. Then moved rooms. The next room had some minor maintenance issues, (door handle in bathroom didn't work or lock, AC filter was clogged, so room was very humid.) Room was clean enough, but not super clean. Most of the time we were unable to get on-line. It seemed like the cost was too much for what we got.

I will never stay there again

We tried to call front desk from the hotel room the phone will ring and no one will answer at the front desk, so incase of emergency the guest will be unable to contact the front desk The manger was aware of a problem according at 11pm the next morning and yet never called us back to discuss what happened, the Hotel is old but yet being old doses not have to be as dirty as it was, you will not give your dog a bath in the bathtub with all the stains in it.

Clean, quiet and fantastic location.

Fantastic location just off the Interstate, but in a quiet area very close to a major shopping center with many good restaurants. We frequently travel along Interstate 90 to visit family and will always make this hotel our stopover. Room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The lobby was being renovated, so check in was at a side door and desk clerk was very nice and efficient. Had a good sleep, great dinner and good breakfast nearby.
