The room was nice, the bed was okay but the pillows were not comfortable. Everything was clean and the man who checked us in was nice!
The pillows and it would be nice if early check in was offered.

People were friendly.
Bathroom door in room 304 squeaks. And the bathroom door had a hair dryer hung on the back of it which banged every time the door was open or shut.
The TV remote worked slowly and the menuing was difficult.
Also, they put a $75 charge on my credit card for security reasons. That made me nervous.

Your location was great. It was easy in and out. Receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was okay.
It certainly is a little dark in the eating breakfast area. It made the area seem on the dungy side. Not many television stations available.
