Great location, super clean, this staff could not be more friendly, the breakfast downstairs was great. included eggs, sausages, or bacon, depending on the day. He accidentally left a wallet behind and it took us two days to figure out where it was. They had the wallet at the hotel for us when they called.

My now 8 year old son and I stay here about once or twice a year when we visit family. He loves to swim, so we enjoy the pool. The breakfast is good, and we always have a wonderful stay.

There are not a lot of tv stations, so it would be nice if there were options to purchase movies or shows. However, we are usually able to find something we both like with the channels available.

Beautiful area and very relaxing

The location was awesome! Right in the middle of a promenade and so there was access to all kinds of stores, restaurants, anything you wanted!

The location was great. Perfect to walk to the park with the family. Staff was nice and was very clean.

An enjoyable stay with stylish decor, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a great location.

I liked having the sofa in the room, the decor and the comfort of the room. The place is trendy, convenient, clean and the staff is friendly. I also like that there is a small bar that offered wine at a reasonable price. Very nice!

I paid a bit more than I expected but it was a fair enough price. I was glad parking was included.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Although the hotel can be busy and common areas can be loud.. the rooms are very quiet. Great location Cleaning staff very friendly.

No Netflix .. remote control is old school and doesn’t work very well. Wifi very spotty Breakfast was just mediocre. We opted to eat breakfast at restaurants nearby. I booked an extra room on two separate days and both times after being assured the rooms would be near each-other.. we were given a room on a separate floor. The first time the reception told me there was nothing we could do. I asked to speak to manager and the manager resolved the issue.

Over priced for what you get.

Location and the staff was very friendly

There are 2 parking spots for handicapped people that is close to the hotel and you compete with people shopping. So now you have to walk to the garage that is not attached to the hotel so a person with lung and heart issues this sucks. There is no valet or bell hop so no assistance there. They only start cleaning after the 3rd day. The handicap showers looks like it is growing black mold. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with a disability.

I understand the pricing is based upon the location of the hotel but the hotel was in my opinion a bit dated… The hotel itself is mediocre! I wouldn’t recommend this for a romantic luxurious stay.. We booked this stay as a get away for our 8th wedding anniversary and was extremely dissatisfied.

Sewer smell in elevators. Daily maid service. No in-house restaurant. In experienced front desk staff. Noisy heater. Low water pressure. Shower doors hard to open. Dragging and in need of adjustment.
