I will probably never return

The hot tub was warm Kids jumping in and out. My wife got scratched and ended up with an infection. The pool was dirty and no towels

No towels, the pool was dirty. Garbage was all over. Kids running around without supervision. Kids jumping in and out of hot tub. The lady at the desk was not nice

The "Handicap bathroom in our room was ok, and had a rolling shower and grab bars, but the commode sat too low for Handicap persons to get on and off easily! The bathroom on the first floor by the lobby, the commode was much taller!

Horrific experience.

Semi-clean. Bed was okay comfy..

Alot. Front desk service. Giving me 2 bad room with both having broken air conditioners. 1st room no cable either. Thin walks, where you could hear kids crying for hours and hours. Room was stuffy/hot without the air conditioning. Was million kids hogging the pool and jacuzzi. Kids were swimming in the jacuzzi. Was bizarre.

The desk clerk Rashid was very professional and helpful. Overall the place could be nice, the facilities and location are good.

Overall the place is very worn and not clean. Our biggest problem was bed bugs. Dirty bathroom. Loud motor noise running in room. I got no sleep, checked out early and had to pay more to stay at another hotel nearby.

Amazing Staff

The staff made this trip the best. Particularly Lateesha, who checked me in initially stood out the most. I was in a bad situation and booked this hotel last minute. Her voice was calming and her kindness was most welcoming. Her recommendations regarding local amenities was helpful and 100% on point. I booked another week in this hotel because if her.

The location was about 15min farther east than I wanted to be but the staff was irreplaceable and was worth the extra time. The staff was priceless

The overall look of the hotel was more than I expected. The TV was big and the cleanliness was good. Stayed for two days and my overall rate was 8/10. I would book again.

Booking.com put that it would be a one bed room however I was giving a two twin size beds. Which wasn't ideal and what I was expecting. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would like but I slept.

Very nice hotel with a great indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms where nice and it was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was very nice and a great price.

The room was ok. The bed was comfortable.

I couldn't change my arrival time. The property said call booking.com and booking.com said to call the property. The battery to the door lock was dead and they had to fix it so we could get in. The lock on the door to the pool area was so corroded it didn't work. The long mirror had something on it. We couldn't change the air conditioner settings (but they didn't come and fix that). The a/c unit itself was noisy. Second night we went swimming and there was a dirty maxi pad floating in the pool. That night i looked up as we were going in our room and saw a bunch of dead cockroaches in the light outside our door. In the morning oof checkout I saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. At that point we were happy to be leaving.

The location was good

The room service was awful we stayed for 2 days, never got our room cleaned, new towels, and breakfast was expensive for what you get. Someone kept coming in our room with a different key when we were sleeping. They asked for a deposit that I never got back and our room was clean when we left.

It wasn’t the cleanest, the one elevator didn’t work and it didn’t have a sign stating that, the one step was a tripping hazard, and the shower doesn’t get hot.
