Inconvenient to say the least

Didn’t even get a chance to view the property. We were turned away in the middle of a snowstorm during our scheduled check in time that I set up on Tuesday. Was told to come back in an hour so we just stayed at the place next door because it was way to dangerous to just drive around and too cold to just sit in a parking lot and hope it was actually going to be ready in an hour.

That the front desk woman greeted us and said she’d be back in a few minutes, then came back and went to check us in @3:15 (check in was at 3pm) and said no rooms were ready and said come back in an hour and something should be ready. Mind you, it was a snowstorm outside and she advised us to go explore the OUTDOOR mall for an hour.

overall okay for the price

I liked that is was local and close to shopping centers, gas stations. It was in a quiet area and there wasn't a lot going on around.

property definitely needs a lot of updates. It has the potential to be so much better but it's old and everything is stained or worn out. too much dust and to many spiders. toilet randomly stopped working and housekeeping wasn't available to fix it so i went 2 days without a working toilet

It was very dirty hair on the sheets towels stain furniture was so dirty I just pulled the covers back and didn’t even stay the night there I felt so gross I’ll never book there again had to book another hotel so I wasted money but I’ll never be back tub was molded I couldn’t shower seeing that

Ok at best

The location was great!

The entire facility needs updates. The room was dirty from poor regular cleanings. The air vents were thick with dust, the paint peeling, chipping, and bubbling. The carpets had large, dark stains. The refrigerators seal was no good, so the fridge kept things chilled at best. We ended up leaving everything in our cooler. There was a gap around the door which let light pour in and the shower only got hot when it wanted to.

It’s really sad what this location has become

The garbage on the grounds, the forestry overgrown, vehicles being worked on or waiting for parts for several days in the parking lot, not being told that the swimming pool was going to be closed and drained during this heat wave. Room quality was very poor. Rugs, upholstery had stains, kitchen, faucet, and bathroom tub faucet improperly worked .I was told that they would be cleaned every two weeks and we didn’t qualify because we were booked for one week, towels would be available at front desk, and our door keys would only work for a day or two needing to be replaced. The good thing about that we were able to get clean towels at that time

The price and pictures indicated a much nicer place but what I got was Motel 6

Location was excellent. Room layout (with loft area) was good. Having the kitchen was nice (although unusable, see below).

Where do I start? Kitchen did not have enough plates, glasses, silverware, utensils to be useful. Not even a coffee maker. No fresh towels during the stay (yes, they were available at the desk but you had to get them when the desk was open) Previous tenant's dog had trashed the bathroom door and room furniture. Very few channels available on TV, certainly not premium. Overhead light not working, several switches that controlled nothing. Car in the parking lot with 2 flat tires all week (never a good sign). Carpet was filthy

Sonesta Suites is a great place to say - comfortable, spacious, convenient and affordable.

The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. Love having a kitchen with a full size refrigerator.

The location was quite nice and convenient.

The room wasn't clean, toilet barely flushed, tub was outdated, hot water was very weak, no dish washing liquid for the dish washer, floors weren't mopped, noisy residents, food debris left behind by other residents, Bed linens weren't completely clean, no toilet paper, sinks were also outdated, microwave wasn't clean, stove top wasn't clean, direct TV was constantly malfunctioning.

Room was nice. The location was great with many restaurants, bars and shopping close by. Felt safe.

Fireplace in room did not work which was disappointing. Breakfast was not available at the location we stayed at even though it stated that as an ammentity. Also believe more than two towels should be available in room booked for two people.
