Convenient, Comfortable, and GREAT STAFF!

Conveniently located close to I-90 for ez access to points west as well as to Cleveland Clinic locations, including main campus to the east. Restaurants, gasoline stations —- all right there. No issues. STAFF is GREAT. Very friendly and helpful—- definitely the best staffed, lower-price hotel I’ve stayed at in a long long time.

Everything was fine at the property I had no issues.

Convenient to where I needed to be.

The location is very convenient, especially for the cost. I liked that they are very accommodating to pets, and are easy to get to. Basic room and a safe and reasonable comfortable place to crash for a quick trip.

While Booking.com showed there was breakfast included, it was only coffee available in the lobby. Not necessarily the establishments fault, but it was something I looked for when making the reservation. Also, pay close attention to the type of reservation you make. I didn't, and the room I reserved did not have a refrigerator. I should have paid more attention.

The outside was a little rough, but the inside was nice Clean, had a funky smell but wasn't over powering. Guys at the front desk were very nice.

There was a room with beds.

they didn't program our key card for 3 days . Had to find someone in the office very late at night to get into our room. Floor didn't feel clean, like the cleaner wasn't washed off.

Neglect at the front desk

I was asked to leave my passport at the front desk and they didn’t give it back to me when check-out the next morning and returning the keys. I realized that i didn’t have my passport with me when i was crossing the border to Canada for Niagara Falls! Caused me a lot of trouble and disruption on my trip.

Dirty sheets on one bed. Used dental floss on bathroom counter. Exposed metal bed frame was larger than the mattress. Garbage all over exterior of property. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Tv did not work.

Good for a one night stay because it was cheap. Beds were comfortable.

The floor was very dirty and there were dead insects on the floor. We couldn’t allow our baby to crawl around because of if. It seemed like the room hadn’t been used for a while, as soon as we entered the room it smelled weird. We wanted to stay longer but we left because the cleanliness was an issue. Considering there are other hotels only $30 extra I would rather pay the extra to get a clean room and breakfast.

Great room but front desk service was very lacking (literally).

Nice clean room with everything needed.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. I called and waited about 5 minutes then called. I could see and hear the phone on the other side of the counter but no one came or answered. I went back out to my car and then saw someone come to the desk. I mentioned it to him and did not get a reply.

It was terrible when ever we had to use the bathroom the floor was flooded and only flooded more if we flushed the toile

Nasty and filthy bed sheets

Found spider and 2 flies in room as soon as we checked in, all bed sheets were dirty and very noticeable and they refused to change them for us but offered us a different room instead which was too much of a struggle at 1 am. Looks like sheets haven’t been washed in forever. Just dirty overall and too many bugs. Hair and dust on floors. Dirty Finger prints on microwave and tv. It Was so bad to a point where we put towels beneath us to lay down on instead of the filthy sheets. Disappointed would not recommend for anyone. Lady in charge of room service was very rude and was cussing at us because we asked for clean room and clean sheets the next day. Only good thing was the very nice worker at the front desk. Never to stay at red roof inn again.

The shower was amazing and the beds are comfortable. Loved that I can bring my dog

The comforter on both beds were nasty, looked like dirt and dried blood. They had only 1 wash cloth and 2 towels for 3 of us and when we told them about the issues they told me they didn't have anything more to issue us cause they wouldn't have clean laundry till the next day. The floors were nasty, I had to sweep it myself. And you need to really pay attention to what rooms have microwaves and fridges when booking. Its kinda a hassle to read each rooms descriptions when booking
