Invest in updated furnishings and better cleaners

Location is near everything. Having a full kitchen is nice.

While the bed was comfortable, it is well used in one area. I had my pet and was not expecting the bed to be off the floor, where I was met with dust bunnies that had babies and who knows what other gross items Id rather not have witnessed. My pet was under the bed most of the time, making our allergies that much worse. Desks and chairs need to be replaced or at least scrubbed with disinfectant. There was already trash in the kitchen prior to my arrival. TV volume went down automatically quite often.

Location was good

Carpets in room stained/not clean. Kitchenette stove very old & not clean. Refrigerator very noisy. Ask the front desk to use lobby bathroom and was told there are none when i could see it was just locked! The breakfast was a joke-muffins & oat meal packets nothing else.

Convenient location

Room had dirty towels in the bathroom and mold in bathtub and around sink drain. Also, there were no spoons for the oatmeal at breakfast and no napkins.

Nick Demanded my card when I paid for my room online. Right in front of him.

On Thursday the 28th and Friday the 29th The employee behind the desk name. Nick would not take my reservation from booking.com. I was in the hotel 43 weeks and I booked every day on booking dot com what on the 28 and 29 For some reason he didn't accept my reservations and demanded my card to charge me 190$ for a walk in when I paid for my room twice right in front of him he did not care I called corporate. Add the gentleman on speakerphone, and the guy behind the desk still did not care

I am very upset with how the stab handled it. He would not let me speak to a manager he. Demanded my card when I've already paid for the room. I was in the room for 3 weeks and now all of a sudden. He wanted my card and wanted to overcharge me. And because I asked for a manager, he called the police on me. This is outrageous and something needs to be done. Watch the cameras. I was not being irate rude disrespectful. Or anything, I was trying to work the situation out

The staff was helpful.

The room smelled like ammonia. My room key didn't work. They quit free breakfast even though they are still advertising free breakfast on Booking. I kicked a piece of dog or cat food while walking through my room. I do not travel with a pet.

Disappointing

The staff is the best.

I booked two rooms and when entering both, the rooms had a damp, mildew smell. The carpet was dirty and the shower curtain liner was dirty & had mold/mildew on bottom. It was a major disappointment because I had my in-laws in a room that just wasn’t up to par.

Booked a double queen bed suite. Got a single queen bed suite & staff did not seem to care at all. We had too many people (4 kids) & we were not offered a discount or much help. We checked out after the first night to find another room to accommodate our family. The place smelled badly and not clean.

Dirty wet heavy baby diaper was IN A DRAWER in my room from previous guests. So disgusting. Never going back.

Noise. Dogs barking, children screaming and upset/drunk woman arguing loudly on her phone in hallway early in morning. Smell. Hallways and stairwell reeked of cigarette smoke. Amenities. There were none! At this price, at the very least there should be coffee available in the morning.

They are not following the COVID 19 regulations

They sold my room to someone else and they give me something else, the shower was dirty even they had left over stuff from previous customers, vending machines does not work , internet service not working, they charge me twice for the service, on line with my debit card and in person they ask me to pay again when I check in and at the moment to check out they want to Charge me again... Very disappointed
