It was all around a great place to stay!!! Clean, Staff attentive and pleasant. Really nice experience.

Good for the price ( I paid around $50). The pool was closed and on one knew why. The bar closed early, before I got there. At breakfast, around 9am, I was the only one there. The coffee was barely warm I, but my server was very pleasant.

The Hotel overall seamed slightly below my minimum expectations as related to cleanliness, customer service, etc. But the first night I felt like something was biting my legs throughout the night. The second night I saw two flea like bugs on the white cheats. And all the next day after I checked out I felt like I had bugs in my pants struggled to sit through meetings and drive 3 hours home . But I felt much better after I stripped on the porch and took a scalding hot shower.

The waiting to check in was longer than I expected the room wasn't completed like most hotel rooms are shorter waist basket the desk chair was dirty and the phone didn't work do you have the phone looked at and they have a waist basket sent to my room I have a chair cleaned off we're going to send somebody and I never got the service nobody ever came I let the manager know about it when I checked out and asked for a discount something off my stay he said he couldn't do it the contact hotels.com and hopefully I can get a percentage off my roommate I hope you can help out with this they said for you to call the hotel I was in room 300 thank you Mary

I am writing this review on behalf of my son and daughter-in-law for whom I purchased the hotel room.This hotel was so bad that my son and his wife left in the middle of the night and went to the Wyndham Hotel in Avon which was wonderful. In the Westlake Wyndham, however, the bed was horrible, sagging in the middle. The air conditioning did not work , so the room smelled musty and dirty. I wish that I had read the reviews before choosing this hotel. I just figured, "It's a Wyndham so it'll be fine." How wrong I was!!

We got to the hotel 1 and 1/2 hour after check in time and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for our room to be ready. Also, could not connect to the WIFI. Called down to the front desk and he said they would reset "something", but that did not work. I took my table down to the front desk and tried to sign in there and it still did not work. Told the clerk that and he said he called maintenance and then just walked away.

Stuff in the room was broken. Service was helpful but slow and the cleanliness was horrible the always were dirty the room was dirty. The vents looked like hadn’t been clean in years and the shower didn’t drain probably. Wouldn’t stay there again unless they got the hotel together

Besides the one elevator closest to my side of the hotel, not working for the complete stay, it was fine. Did feel like I walked forever because they put me I. The 5th floor, opposite to the main elevators. Forgot things in my van a few times and was a trip to get them.

Our rooms were not cleaned the whole time we were there and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Also the sink drain was very slow and the toilet took a long time to flush. They need to provide much better toilet tissue.

We found the room clean, well organized equipped with all the kinds of things that make your stay very comfortable. Towels were fresh and adequately provided along with toiletries. The desk staff were pleasant warm and very professional with the room presentation. Our departure was equally friendly, very quickly completed and they offered the breakfast buffet. The important feature provided was a great peaceful atmosphere for sleep. Nice soft bed, pillows that played a big role and adequate covers for a peaceful sleep. Would I stay here again; you bet I would. They could provide USB port outlets, I forgot my adapter.

Staff was extremely rude. They acted as if the customers were a bother to them. Mattress on fold out bed very poor condition and appeared as if it had a big blood stain. We were not informed of the $100 incidental deposit until check out.

Entire hotel was dirty and clean the rooms. I had to ask for a room change because they were mode on my ceiling in the bathroom. The staff did eventually change my room to a much better one, but the entire hotel was not very clean.

I frequently stay at this property and have never encountered any issues. I rent a room usually for a romantic getaway. This stay turned into a disaster when 1 of the female housekeeping employees entered my room without knocking, while in the throws of passionate sex, naked, in bed. The mirror is positioned just so, that when you walk in unannounced, she may have seen both of us nude. I am quite irate and probably will NEVER return to this hotel again out of sheer embarrassment and disgust. I spoke to the front desk, I was not rude. I spoke with the housekeeping manager who guaranteed that she and the general manager would find out how this happened and promised a prompt refund of my money spent for this horrific intrusion on our privacy. I am yet to see results.
