Jennifer at the desk, guided by manager Karen overcame the beauracracy to make a great room selection! This made an enjoyable and successful stay just 5 minutes away from great family and friends and a wonderful 82nd birthday celebration! Thank you karen and Jennifer!

The hotel was fine, except for two issues: The fitness room was tiny! There were 3 of us in there at the same time, & we were stumbling all over each other. Additionally, there was an $11.00 fee for breakfast. I live near a Hyatt Place hotel, & my friends stay there often. Breakfast is always free. A good point: The Housekeeping staff were very helpful to me, when I asked for additional coffee supplies.

We stayed here the night before we had to fly out of the Cleveland airport. Check-in was fast, hotel was clean, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, we had an early morning flight and weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted by very friendly and sweet Eiana. Dave was so kind and helpful always. The lovely breakfast hostess Kayla was very kind and helpful. The maid Maya was sweet and thorough. Alec was very kind and funny. Tim was also a nice young man. The staff at this hotel is exceptional. As guests we felt welcome, appreciated, and very well taken care of. Management should be very proud of the staff here. They do their jobs well and do all they can to make the guests happy. Bravo Hyatt. Someone is doing a great job hiring GREAT people!!!!!

It was very pleasant. It’s a great location with lots to offer. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. One down side is the breakfast area was always cold. So before long, your food was also cold and you had to microwave it again. Grateful for the microwave. The food selection was varied and plentiful. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again!

The staff is beyond excellent. They accommodated us so nicely. The manager is very nice and helped us with our needs. We love staying there and will continue to every time we visit Cleveland.

My wife, Son, and I got there & on our first night there was no hot water in our room but not only that one of their pipes burst. To top that all off, they couldn’t give us a lateral change into the same type of room. They downgraded us for the same price with no compensation only for that room to have mold in it and still no hot water and we need to be switched again, which now dropped us two floors down to still a small room. Their choices of breakfast was a joke. Bare minimum. I guess it’s cool if you enjoy those little box cereals. And when I asked for a room service to clean our room and tip them $20 because I have a two year-old and he got lollipop on the sheets. I asked them to change the sheets. They never did that. And when I told the managers they did nothing about it. Well, this hotel is aesthetically pleasing the service and quality you get there is extremely lacking. Don’t be fooled like I was. Expensive for nothing.
