Overall nice place. Room was spotless, desk service attentive and housekeeping professional. Exactly as needed for a last minute trip.

Garbage was all over parking lot, public walkways and on stairs. The stairs were badly in need of repair and were a safety hazard; I stumbled on them twice.

The desk employee checked my husband and myself in a room (1st floor) as well as, another family, but they put the other family above us on the 2nd floor, and we heard noise from them all night long. They should always put families on the bottom floor because they are very loud on the second floor.

The shower was not cleaned! There was hair everywhere on the bottom. When you could walk in, you can tell the floors weren’t cleaned. It was dusty everywhere. There use to be a pull out bed from the couch. We kinda missed that. And lastly, there was a hole in one of the sheets. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Stores were close by and a local park wasn’t too far to enjoy!

I decided to take an impromptu trip to the Cleveland area. Having my last 16 year old Doxie with me, it was important to have him with me. No matter where I go, because of him, I will always stay at the nearest Motel 6 closest to my destination. Because pets stay free. It helps me out. Usually I like to stay on the ground floor. But this time the only room available was a single w/ mic and fridge on the upstairs floor. Begrudgingly I took it.... but it was a blessing in disguise for sure. I will also say for a smoking room, it was surprisingly nice and clean. No smoke smell... until I brewed up some of my own coffee the next morning. 😊 I was in the VERY back of the establishment which gave me a different view other than the parking lot. The hotel sits on the cusp of a nice quiet neighborhood in which I walked my little one thru. The house in front of my room burned a fire pit and the air was cool. A group of men grilled out front of the hotel. Between them and the neighbor with the fire pit...it smelled like Fall. The next morning, the area outside my door was beautiful...I stayed out there, with my fresh brewed coffee and took it all in. The quiet.. the peace.. the coolness of the morning. How lucky was I?? The room was JUST ok. There is obvious wear and tear on this hotel...molding is falling off. The shower stall was disgusting, as there was a stain in it that looked like blood. The pillows were uncomfortable and old. If I had towels like these at home, I would be using them for rags. The air conditioner did not work properly and was VERY loud.

There were cigarette burns on the blanket and bed spred and the room smelled awful. Also they charged me a $50 security deposite and kept it to spite me causeing no damage to the room in the single night i stayed.

Very clean and affordable. Only downside is there isn’t much insulation. Reviews about road noise are correct. It’s a bit noisy when people with modified or no exhaust systems are driving around. Coincidentally it was mostly people staying there repeatedly activating their horns while locking their doors, and a couple customers with performance exhaust systems that were the biggest issue. Currently road construction machinery starts at 6:30. Certain factors can’t be helped by the property and much is on the onus of customers to be courteous. I was more than comfortable leaving the truck and room doors open while I unloaded. Late checkout would be nice but understandably they are a small business and housecleaning appears to be a scheduled service.

The last time we stayed last month was perfect 👌 this time not so much. Idk if it was because our room was not cleaned in a while or what. I highly suggest not having smoking rooms period. Room smelled terrible (even with a candle & room spray I bought) also it seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned in a while. Everywhere I walked there was big dust bunnies & hair clinging to my socks!! The a.c. unit in 225 is so loud as well! The last time we stayed in a non smoking room closer to the office it was perfect. The bed in our room this time has my entire body aching today as well. Might not come back here again.

I was apprehensive about this Motel 6 after receiving a call from management on the late morning of our initial first day of our 3 day stay. I reserved this room over 2 months early and asked for an ADA room on the first floor as my wife is disabled. The manager proceeded to say that the double bedroom reserved only was available on the second floor and that they had an ADA king room on the first floor for an up charge of approximately $35. Felt like this was a bait and switch situation but agreed to it as we were only 2 hours from arrival. The room was okay but the floor was filthy. We needed to keep our shoes on at all times while walking in the room. The bed was clean and towels were provided on each day after returning used ones. Ice machine worked well and hand rails in the shower/ bathroom was secure. I would've preferred to have been notified of any room issues earlier than 2 before arrival.

It gets the job done. I've stayed here two or three times when traveling through Ohio. Biggest complaint is that everytime I've been there, the WiFi service has not been good.

Room was clean. Housekeeping came daily to empty trash and bring clean towels. We had issues with person staying upstairs (apparently living there) with constant stomping and moving furniture around, so ceilings are not insulated well for sound proofing. We did call the front desk and they addressed the issue. Would of liked to have a coffee pot in the room, but overall room was fine. Close to restaurants and things to do.
