It was close to the airport.

The sheets were dirty, there was roaches in the room. Now there are roaches in my luggage.

The room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk was very good the morning we left trying to help me. The location was good.

The parking lot had patched areas and some cracks - one caught my foot and I fell. I did a job bruising my face, shoulder and knee. The night clerk was good trying to get me some ice, asking if I needed an ambulance and letting me change my clothes (I was carrying a cup of tea that spilled on the driveway and got all over my pants). But the woman who took his place at the end of his shift was not very good about seeing how I was really doing or trying to be helpful. I made them take a report and a picture. The thing that I thought was the worse was that NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO SEE HOW I WAS FEELING OR DOING after I left. They had all my contact information. It would have been the kind thing to do to see if I was okay. Very disappointing.

The room set up was great.

The toilet bowl was stained. Nasty yellow. Tub was nasty all dirt stained grimy. Carpet nasty and ripped. Bed cover was all stained looked like big pee stains. Wall by bed had nose burgers on it. I should have read the reviews before booking.

Staff were helpful.

The front desk was not always staffed. She was doing laundry and was gone for around 10 minutes. There was a missing light bulb. The ironing board pad was shredded.

I don’t like anything about the property It smell awful! Not only the lobby but the whole hotel and the room. Bed sheets smelled bad The bad wasn’t comfortable. A lot of noise. Too expensive for the room and hotel quality. I would not staying in this hotel location ever again.

The suite was a good size.

The bedding was thin. There was never anyone at the front desk. I had to ask for dishes and a toaster. They provided them for me carry up to the room and they were all filthy. The toaster was broken. The shower had mildew. There were people hanging out smoking by the front door constantly. My room key stopped working multiple times and I had to go back and forth to the front desk to rekey it. And I would have to wait and wait for someone to come back to the desk.

Location

Only selected outlets worked, reservation screwed up and staff cavalier in their attitude about it. Had two of my party sleep on floor because not enough beds due to mix up despthe reservation for 6.

Room size was great!

Refrigerator didn't work, no pool, very limited grab and go breakfast, shower was dirty and full of someone elses hair, floor in room was dirty, vandalism happened, and walls are super thin you can hear all noises outside room. The wifi was terrible and even when I purchased the better wifi there was no change.

The price is right

Between the staff and the people that just hang around at that hotel, it did not have a very positive feel.

It’s a little apartment complex and crazy all night people were fighting all over and yelling and screaming our room was so smelly and the window only opens one inch we were really scared staying here there are hotel nearby I think they were better

Was close to the airport. Had to pick up my kids at midnight and we live 3hrs away.

No extra Pillow, sheets or blanket for the pull out bed. Had to use Pillows from the two bed and that only had three small Pillows on each bed. The room had a musky animal smell to it.

The room was big

One of the bathrooms wasn't in working condition the tub wouldn't drain water and it smelled terrible!!!

The room had a nasty odor to it, very sour. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. For $100/night this was a pathetic experience, I barely was able to sleep at all

No coffee maker or coffee in the room. Very small bar of soap. Extremely small bottle of shampoo.

The location and proximity to a lot around really adds to the hotel experience.

I got placed in a room where things were falling apart, so it’s hard to say if maintenance is a priority there.

Good location. room was clean and bed was comfortable. breakfast was nonexistent. I saw coffee but nothing else.

it was nonsmoking but there must have been a lot of smokers outside so it smelled like smoke everywhere.

I booked a room to stay because there was a flood in my home and able to use our showers and the kitchen. Upon arriving I was told I would have pots and pans and dishes to use in the kitchen. Over 24 hours later I finally received the dishes at the very friendly if you will front desk attendant said she would have it sent up. When is it to Walmart across the street together groceries never received at the pots pans and dishes promise. When I went down to obtain the dishes to locate half of them and bring them to us that never occurred. I never got to cook the meal that I have purchased ingredients for in our two days stay. When taking the towels down to receive new towels there weren't any available and I was told there would be some brought up to the room which never occurred. Pain going down to obtain new towels again the next time they still are not ready. I'm both evenings at 11:30 yeah but we received the cause of noise complaints in our room while we were asleep with nothing on in the room. We could hear running going up and down the hall to the Halls. While placing our clothes into the closet the shelving fell down and we had to fix the closet ourselves and we fold and put our clothes away on more than one occasion. The shower bar fell down. We reported it that no one fix it or try to switch our room and it fell down again and hit me on my head. The staff although friendly with smiles completely lied about handling any requests that they said that they would. They failed to follow through on any assurance that was Thomas was a room that we paid although it appeared to be a good value it was quite the rip-off.
