My room was ok but the bed was really hard it felt like something was underneath the bed so it was really hard to fall asleep and the elevator was going to every floor something was wrong with the elevator the first desk said it and couldn’t get in the pool because it was closed was disappointment but this hotel definitely need some fixing and new updates but it was ok to stay here.

Parking Lot look kind of dangerous there was a parked car running with people in it on their Laptops. I left to get something and they were still there when I got back. Made me fell a little edgy.

Worse stay I have ever had I will NEVER stay at this location again in my life time. Customer service was awful manager refused to come and address the issues bug- rust - room unsafe- unclean -ac system falling apart broken- fridge broken. I was Threatened and staff was unwilling to resolve any of the issues. Worse stay I have ever paid for!!

The rooms were extremely dirty, and there was literally a blood stain on the bed, and the bathrooms were so dirty. No customer service whatsoever. I do not recommend staying here all night. You will be kept awake by how rude other guests are and how loud they are.

The hotel was just ok. I felt safe and there were some conveniences like parking, dining areas nearby and some shopping. I didn’t like the fact that we were put on the first floor right near the entrance and elevators. You could hear a lot of noise and doors banging all hours of the night. Also, the bed was horrible. The mattress was far too soft. I woke up with a soar back. I’m ok if the mattress is medium firmness but it was very soft.

No hot water for 4 days. Cold day 1 and 2, tepid days 3 and 4. Tub pooorly maintained. No towel bars. Door secondary safety latch inoperable. Broken elements on refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Only one elevator of two working and it rattled, jerked and thumped! A bit disconcerting. Staff members were pleasant and polite. Manager graciously did not charge us for day 3. Parking area was the highlight of the facilities. Easy to use and well lit.

When u walk into the lobby there are two buckets on the floor from the ceiling dripping of water. Our room was also disgusting. Bath tub waa dingy and needs scrubbed. Couches had stain on it. Carpet had a foul smell. Windows wide open to air the room out and didnt have a window screen. Very unsafe for any one or children to fall out from.

This is a strange hotel. It is good at providing basics but why doesn't it provide luggage racks in rooms? Are we supposed to open our luggage on the floor? Why isn't there daily housekeeping? I think it's simply strange that a hotel operates this way.

The property is old at least 30 years Overheard other guests saying they would not stay there again. NOT THE PROBLEM OF THE STAFF. Complete refurb is needed as is the lunatic rates and extra charges like 'paying' for the option to cancel or pay to check out later.

My needs were fully met during my time in Ohio. This marks my third stay at this establishment. However, some cosmetic improvements to the hotel's decor would be beneficial.

During my stay, I experienced multiple serious concerns. Several of the exterior doors did not lock, allowing anyone to walk in, which created a major security issue. The pool door was secured with nothing more than a padlock, and the guest restroom did not lock at all. The complimentary breakfast was bland and tasteless, and my nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Even more concerning, there were unleashed dogs throughout the hotel, including in common areas. One of my family members was actually bitten by a dog on the property. When I brought issues to the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, often responding that it was “not their job.” Overall, the lack of safety, cleanliness, and customer service made this an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience.

At first the check in was stressful because i didn't know I had to pay a deposit cash of $100 or if I was paying by CC it would be $50 so I gathered my money and gave man the money received door key and went to begin my stay. Everything after that was smooth sailing:) Breakfast is plentiful but not authentic, meaning the eggs are powdered and their sausage is rubbery and undone but beggars can't be choosey. There is lots to choose from as far as to drink such as coffee, apple juice orange juice milk water and the ice machine conveniently located near your door to retrieve late night.

Not a very friendly staff . The 2 Elevator , one didn’t work at all , the other one when it went up was very jerky . The pool area was dirty and the hot tube was not working at all. The room furniture had stains on the chair , broken light in the corner. No fire alarm in bed room .Wifi was not working. Asked for another room and they said they couldn't give us another . Got there early 45 min , was told we would have to pay an extra $ 25.00. Breakfast was good .

I had a good stay even though it was a short stay it was okay. The only bad thing i can say is that the shower just had hair in it. But other than that it was a really good stay.
