The room was cozy and fit the needs that we had at the time of visit.

Breakfast bar was nice. The kitchen was very nice to have in the room. Staff was pleasant and willing to answer all questions. We had asked for early check in. They were able to accommodate us, and also placed us on the 1st floor making it easier for us.

We did not realize that this facility was a pet friendly hotel. When we walked down the hall of the facility, we could smell dog. Two doors down from us, there were 2 dogs that barked every time someone walked past their door. On a positive note, our room did not smell of dog or any other animal and we could only hear the dogs when walking in the hall. The day bed was not real comfortable and in need of cleaning.

Pleasant and great location.

Riva, in the breakfast room, was a true delight. What a great way to begin the morning but with a big smile and a good story. She was helpful and friendly. Was happy to answer our questions and give recommendations. She helped made our visit very pleasant.

The breakfast was ok but not great. Was disappointed I was not able to get the discounted rate I was offered at one point since I didn't make reservations at the time of offer. Thought I would get it when I checked in.

We traveled with a cat and I am glad that while we were not in the room no one bothered her. Loved the wide variety of breakfast. Everything was delicious! The room had all the necessary utensils that you might need. Polite and pleasant staff! Thank you!

it wasn’t very clean, weird smell, lots of bugs (spiders and we found 1 cockroach on our last night) carpet had lots of stains. Very outdated and dim couple of the windows were broken and TVs didn’t work.

Very accessible location, convenient to the interstate, the Westlake and Rocky River communities and the RTA depot. We enjoyed having a larger lodging space and the kitchen was nice. While we only took advantage of the breakfast once, it was nice to have the option.

Seemingly a small thing, but the drain in the bathtub was stopped up. I would think that a slow or stopped drain would be discovered and reported by housekeeping staff. The mattress for the pull-out couch had certainly seen better days and is due for replacement.

Close to where I was working, I like the layout of the room.

Toilet was dirty and had a bunch of toilet paper in it, someone’s old drink was in the fridge, crumbs all over coffee table, hair and someone’s ring in the bed…spent the night wide awake listening to someone blasting their tv till 4 am.

False Advertising....Pictures show an appealing pool, breakfast room...etc....in reality pool has been closed for a couple years, you get a granola bar type breakfast, the place is dirty exterior and interior...smoke smell prevelant in hallways..found a used retainer on the bedroom window sill......they did offer us a full refund...there was no place else to stay..i cancelled Hyatt at Crocker Park to stay here because of outdoor pool

It was a disgusting property. Every surface had ground-in dirt and stains. The carpets in all of the common areas and stairwells were stained, the curtains and sheers in the rooms were torn and moth-eaten, the bottom of the shower curtain was moldy, multiple lightbulbs were out in our rooms and there were stains on the wall behind the nightstand. So disappointed in this Marriott property.

Location was excellent and the room arrangement was good. Breakfast was a brown bag of items due to Covid and facility not yet reinstating the hot breakfast.

The room could be updated- the sofa was worn and the paint/cabinets just need attention.

It was close to where I needed to be.

It was run down. The shower was falling out of the wall. The pillows and bed were not comfortable and felt like they needed replaced a long time ago. The front desk was hard to locate and the signage was bad. The pool was closed. People were smoking right next to the entrance door. It was just meh. I’d stay again only if I don’t have other options.
