Convenient location
Older hotel and the rooms need to be updated. I flew in to Cleveland on a Thursday and when I booked my stay I confirmed that there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There was no shuttle that day and I had to pay $50 for ride from airport to the hotel. The ride cost me almost as much as the room charge. Was told my hotel staff that I would have to get reimbursed for my ride from the airlines which does not make any sense to me.

Location, staff were friendly
The common areas were freezing, elevator stopped on every floor and when we were trying to go down from floor 3 the elevator went up first and then back down. Room wasn’t great, cleanliness was ok but it was a bit run down. One of the lamps on our wall was missing, there were chunks missing out of the ceiling, and the toilet was lose.

I stay here frequently because it’s close to the airport. The front desk staff is always so kind and the check in / out process is easy. I’ve never had issues before this previous stay.
In the middle of the night two awful things happened. The heat/ air conditioning unit started screeching. I had to turn it off, it was soooo loud. It was very late and would have been extremely inconvenient to switch rooms at that time so I sucked it up. The room became extremely cold so I had to bundle up and use the bedding from both beds. I was then awoken an hour later by the smoke dector falling off the wall?? I thought someone was trying to break into the room, it scared me. I tried to replace it but it would go back into the mounting unit. I was then kept awake by a low beeping for the remainder of the night.

I like that the staff was really nice and helpful especially upon checking in.
I didn’t like for one it was only one working elevator, also we booked here thinking the pool was open and it was under maintenance which was a disappointment for the kids. I also didn’t like that the complementary breakfast waffle machine was out of batter. Such a bummer.

The tub was stopped up, the towels was very dirty and the tv did not work. I want a refund and been trying to reach out to someone I’ve emailed since the day and not one person reached back out to me.

To begin with, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and simply not prepared for guests. This created an uncomfortable and unpleasant start to my stay.
The breakfast and overall food quality were equally disappointing. The options offered were limited, poorly prepared, and did not appear fresh. This was far from what was advertised.
Additionally, the pool area was in terrible condition. The water did not look clean, the surrounding area was poorly kept, and the atmosphere overall felt neglected and uninviting.
Throughout the hotel, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming or well-managed. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience.
Given these issues, I am requesting appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience and the poor quality of service provided. I hope you will address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure future guests do not encounter the same problems.

Close to airport
Elevator, door entry key readers from parking lot to building and the hot tub were all out of service. There was no heat in the room. When I got to my room after checking in, the door wasn't even shut. Bed was at least clean and comfy.

Did not partake in breakfast. Room was good size- just VERY outdated and in need of
facelift. Bed was King and very comfortable. Nice grassy area along the back of building
to exercise my pet, felt safe.
Decor, carpet, drapes.... all very outdated and in need of update/facelift. Seemed quite shabby- although clean.

Price and location.
I was disappointed in the fact we had no TV due to a power outage,which i understand. The fact i don't understand is why we had absolutely ZERO hot water. I let the sink faucet run for minutes, never even got warm! I then tried the tub faucet and that NEVER even got warm either!! I then tried again in the morning, with the same result!! Just very upset we had no way to clean up before or after bed!!! I just hope someone reads this and makes it right with me bcuz I travel to this area quite a bit!!!

The stay was not great. When we arrived there was no staff present and then when they finally showed up he was on his phone, not paying attention, during the entire check in process. The elevator was terrifying it was bouncing and felt unsafe. When we got to our room, the bolt lock was busted like someone tried to break in, there were stains on the sheets, stains in the bathroom, a rolled up towel in a hole in the bathroom ceiling and the beds were extremely uncomfortable with thin sheets.

Great location. Easily access to the freeway. Lots of restaurants and stores close by.
Carpet was dirty and there weren’t any chairs for the pool. Elevator was not working at checkin but was fixed by the end of our first night. Shower/tub was small and hard to move in.

Not clean, old, rooms smelled, mattress sank in, holes in the comforter, smoke alarm ripped off the wall, bathroom sink didn’t haves stopper in it and it was gross and smelled like sewage, bathtub rusted and the tiles were spray painted. People were slamming doors all night. The security doors weren’t functional and there were wanderers from outside roaming the halls which wasn’t safe for guests.

I called ahead to make sure there was bedding for the pull out couch. Didn’t happen. No toilet paper in either of our rooms and no place to hang it. Requested to be on list for airport shuttle. When I was ready I was told I’m not on the list and shuttle was full. The shuttle sat in front of the hotel the entire time I was made to wait for the “next” shuttle with no passengers. Appears I was lied to. Front desk personnel not helpful or friendly. Then I was charged $45 more than the quoted rate which had included taxes etc.

Location close to the airport.
I chose it due to being near the airport and it was my first time in the area. The hotel had a smell to it that was intolerable. My husband & I checked out and found another hotel to accommodate us.
