Our check in was slow. The hotel room was run down and not clean. Linens were clean, but floors, walls, bathroom, and kitchen were dirty. Overall the place was rundown. When we found what seemed to be a bed bug in the morning, the front desk attendant met us with annoyance. They were rude and asked, "what do you want us to do?". Only as an afterthought did they come up to the room after we were trying to get ready to leave. We weren't left with many options booking last minute. However, id wished we'd have booked a more expensive hotel and saved ourselves headaches and worries.

The area of the hotel is very nice, lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. Staff was friendy and very helpful. The hotel itself was not the cleanest unfortunately, hallways had a bad smell so did the elevator. Had to switch rooms too due to first room not being cleaned properly and smell of cigarette.

The room was dirty. The above was awful with Burned stuff inside. The floors were dirty, the walls had stains and the bathroom had hair on the floor. Sorry the area is great but the room we got was no even enough to consider a one star.

For the price the room was spacious and clean. The entire first floor smelled like wet dog. The 2nd floor smelled like smoke or pot (alternating) and the 3rd floor smelled like something cooking??? A baby was often crying and various people were arguing often. Felt like many guests were residents. No lid for coffee cups and we only got 1 plate after I begged at the front desk for him to wash one for us. Place was kind of a dump, but we only stayed 1 night so it was fine.

Bathroom door doesn't close, base boards were hanging off and filthy including the floors. Other than the linens, I wouldn't consider much else to be clean. At least not to my standards. I'm immune compromised so being in a situation that there are roaches and nothing is cleaned probably actually puts me at risk. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I've stayed at several Extended Stay America, just not this one and to say the least I won't be returning!

My car got broken i to and robbed 360$ and my back seat was cleard out ,room smelt like nasty feet and cigarettes, they said they wenrnt responsible wouldnt even comp.me a night.no compassion what so ever .alsmost feel like they thought it was funny.never agian will i stay at this place.and if i were you i wouldnt either

I am currently moving cross country and am short on time to address this most unfortunate situation. One room had its door open so I went no further, the next room had a terrible stench from people smoking and vaping. Please refund my money and look for another letter later. TRS

Overall it was clean but I wouldn't walk around without socks or slippers. Being in westlake, i didnt expect that. I would have expected it closer to downtown cleveland or brookpark.
