Would stay again!!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices! We miss the snacks in late afternoon but that was our fault. Loved the popcorn 🍿 that was available!

The only thing that I didn't like were that the bed sheets were a little scratchy but I have sensitive skin.

Very pleasant and comfortable

The 3 complimentary drinks per person was a welcome inclusion as well as both the dinner and breakfast options. The spa tub was a very nice size and so was the shower. Room was very clean.

Advertised full bathroom amenities but did not receive a toothbrush or toothpaste. I would’ve liked a couple robes in the room to go with the spa tub. Trash cans needed liners or I couldn’t find them.

Nice clean lobby. Plenty of luggage carts. Clean room. Very cold fridge. Hottub.

Allowing kids of all ages into the hottub. Adults cannot relax when being kicked by kids. No kids should be allowed. They have big pool to play in. Food area...a mess. Seating..tables..dirty. no one cleaning during the meal time.

We have stayed there before and it was always pleasant this was the first time I had a problem

The girl at the front desk when we first got there was very nice.

So when we first checked in and got to the room everything was fine until I eventually used the bathroom. The toilet didn’t stop running and wouldn’t flush. So when I called to the desk it was a different girl from when I checked in but I told her the problem her response was “what do u want me to do about it?” I sat confused for a second because obviously I would like a new room because this toilet doesn’t flush. I think she thought I was just trying to get a free upgrade because she then said “ur in a basic double queen right?”. She changed the room, to another room that had the same problem and smelled of dog but it was already like 1 in the morning and we were tired so me and my husband just went to sleep. I just wish the worker would have changed her tone and fixed the problem rather than try to assume I was maybe making it up for no reason.

Was not aware of the kickback offer! That was a wonderful surprise. The server(Bryan I do believe was his name) was great with service and hustling to clean up when it hit 7pm. What a worker! If helps for his name it was 7/18 & 7/19. All the staff was very pleasant including the cleaning crew in the hallways!

Have more than one washer/dryer! A lot of sports teams staying so had to keep checking to be able to use just the dryer! Coffee was too hot (temp read 200)just my opinion thou!

This Drury 100% cares about their guests

We were attending a convention in Sharonville and were happy to see a Drury nearby. They are typically our go to since they have complementary breakfast and happy hour and popcorn. This location is a little bit different than others that I’ve stayed at. We booked a room with 2 Queen beds. So many opportunities for improvement were presented and the hotel management did not stand job of trying to correct things. In order to understand my positive feedback, please read the negative feedback. Armani was at the front desk when we reported the dirty comforter. She handled it with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I could tell she really felt bad for the experience and wanted to make it right. Next the food area is kept well cleaned and they have a great variety of food. I love that they offer real half-and-half for creamer. Next, when we reported the stones in the doors, management did a perimeter check and ensure that the contractors renting the meeting space were instructed not to do it again. When they ended up doing it again, they actually discontinued the contract and blacklisted them so that they’re not able to come back again and rent the space. I love that security is important to management, too! Back to the popcorn. There were some rowdy kids in the pool one evening when a few of us were soaking in the hot tub. A staff member came in and without saying much could understand that a couple of the people were very uncomfortable with the level of noise of the kids. The parents sat outside while the kids were rambunctious inside. She actually went over and kindly told them that they had to be with their children because they were all under age. She brought peace to the experience which was a really nice way to end the day. Next, I really liked one of the speakers at the convention And so I ordered a book to be delivered to the hotel.

Our room was not 100% clean upon check in. We arrived late and so by the time we got unsettled I’m ready to call into bed, we realized one of the comforters had a blood stain on it. We were told that housekeeping leaves in the afternoon and so they couldn’t provide us with a clean comforter. Next, this is the first Drury Inn we have stayed at that stopped popcorn by 8 PM. Every other one has had it going till at least 10 PM. Families like to have movie night and/or grab a bag after playing in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, this location promptly stops at 8. If they have any extra popcorn, they do bag it and place it on the counter but they go quickly. Typically, I bring microwave popcorn to hotels but I can always count on Drury until this stay. Next, cabinets in the dining area are pretty filthy. I think this is just more of an attention to detail that I notice. Next, the exit doors kept getting propped open by contractors reserving meeting spaces. In our short three night stay, I can count on both hands how many times I removed stones from the doors. Lastly, the coffee station is in an incredibly awkward spot. I would venture to say most people reserving rooms are adults and they like their coffee. The station is awkwardly set in the middle corner of the breakfast area which creates a traffic jam in the morning mornings. Give yourself extra time.

Comfortable stay but needs better communication with staff

The property was convenient, beautiful, spacious, clean rooms, nice dining area, lots of amenities, close to many stores and gas stations.

There was a lack of communication upon our arrival. One of the employees was on the phone for an extensive amount of time and never acknowledged us standing there waiting to be assisted. We left and went to the bathroom and came back about 15 minutes later and again there was no acknowledgment. Someone came out and assisted us who was very short in conversation, and didn’t make us feel welcomed at all. I have visited this branch of hotels for quite some time, but never at the Cincinnati/sharonville location. There’s definitely a difference in employees, Middletown’s staff is much much better. It won’t stop me visiting the hotel but it will stop me from going to this location. First impression is a lasting impression. Please do better with customer service.

There was one employee that seemed rude and unfriendly. Bryan! He needs a course on being courteous and kind to others. He's not an asset to this establishment.

Didn't like that the fire alarms went off Friday evening because some idiot was smoking weed in his room & damaged the smoke alarm. I would have expected some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I wish you would switch up the breakfast menu. Got tired of the same sausage, eggs & potatoes.

I did not like there was only 1 elevator in use. This is a large hotel. Both elevators should have been in use. The carpet in Room 721 was very badly buckled. That is unacceptable. I walk with a cane & the buckled carpet made it dangerous.
