The location of motel was perfect for visiting family

The towels could be a little bigger and the shower head needs to move…I’m short and I had to bend to rinse off. Fix the toilet so it doesn’t “scream” every time you flush

It was so bad I Didn’t stay! Turned my key immediately Back in & got a room in Dent.

The rooms was dirty. My bathtub was Completely black and dirty. The beds had burn holes all in the covers & the outside hallway smelled like Fresh Urine! I checked the room out & Immediately went and asked for a refund! I paid for 2 nights- 170$ $ only got half refund! I would like my Full Refund!

They stated they were Days Inn and not Motel 6, even though the woman was wearing a Motel 6 badge. They lied because we came in later and they gave our paid for room away. Attendee was super rude. Turned us away in the middle of the night for a room we paid for.

Our stay was all that we hoped and needed.

The desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast was nice. I had a broken leg at the time, so an elevator being there helped a lot too. The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were soft and cozy.

There were no complaints. We appreciated coffee in the room, tolietries in the bathroom, the gym access, just please keep up the good work and good staff.

Easy to find. Was a pretty decent one night stay. Quiet even on the side of the building with the freeway beside it. Awesome restaurant down just down the road.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had in weeks!! Rooms were clean and cozy! I’ll stay here every time I visit Cincinnati to see my girlfriend!

That it was pet friendly.

At first glance, the room looked to be decent enough. Until you paid attention, the bathroom was the worst. Had to go to a store to get cleaning supplying before showering or using the bathroom. On booking.com said they're was a pool room co.es with hair dryer and personal hygiene items.. it didn't have any of that. I was very disappointed. Will not stay their again i dont know whos ling to whom but NOT EVWN CLOSE to the booking website....ooh 1 morething. The bed was on a metal frame that any movement 2ould make it screech. Even tho i booked a smoking room it didnt smell like smoke but of urine of the cat variety. .

Room renovations are really nice, great king size bread, quiet, location was close to freeway exit and lots of food places.

The shower didn’t look clean so we didn’t use it. Toilet is too low. It’s the size for a child but is too low for an adult.

I woke up at 3:30 in the morning, because some idiots were arguing very loud outside. 1 special idiot hammered on a door. WiFi was extremely weak, almost not working.

Com is terrible.i blame you not the hotel you said there would be early check-in and there wasn't we were almost later for a wedding because of it you people are misleading on your website I'll never use it again I'll be deleting it from my phone as soon as I m done with this survey

Clean, comfortable room with top notch security.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The security cameras were constantly watched.

Herbal smoke smell pervasive even in our non smoking rooms. Nieghborhood seamed a bit rough but the camera system was well watched.

Staff was nice.

Only 2 towels for 4 guest. Nonsmoking room that smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Walls were dirty especially in bathroom. We were expecting bathtub and it was a shower instead. No chairs in room. Not conducive for children.
