I ain't going to lie with break them a number two

They didn't have nobody picking up the dog manure that other people wouldn't take care of after their dogs use the bathroom and they act like we was asking for toilet paper when the room we've got in wasn't really clean and they didn't put a new roll of toilet paper in it or have a spare roll of toilet paper in it for two people to be in a room and the guy at the front desk had the attitude when my wife went up and asked for a roll of toilet paper he said this is the last one you're going to get and that was the first time she'd been there since we got there and we only had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper when we got there

That the staff thought they was better than us and they didn't have to issue stuff that we needed that was should be covered with the room to begin with

Cozy beds, but not worth the rest of the stuff.

The beds were super soft, very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. But that’s honestly where the positives ended.

The room was damaged and dirty, reeked of cigarettes. Half the lights didn’t work, the TV didn’t turn on, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the pillows were flat and useless, there was no microwave or fridge, I mean you don’t expect much from a cheap motel but this was missing the bare minimum, it’s ridiculous.

I didn't like anything. I only book here because it's cheap and close to my friend's house. There's no microwave or refrigerator in the room, even though I always pay for that room.

Everything was great! Only 2 complaint but overall it was a good stay.

Very easy booking, front staff did everything fast. Easy to find and good location to get midnight snacks.

The only thing I can complain about is while I was sleeping housekeeping bang on the door nonstop till I woke up from and while I was stretching to get up and unlock the door, they already unlocked the door and open up the door. And the other complaint is around midnight I had neighbors outside the door being super loud and cussing for 15 minutes.

The pictures online look nothing like the rooms in reality Had to switch rooms because the first one ac didn’t work toilet was stopped up and the tv wouldn’t come on

Cigarette burns everywhere you looked and it was a non smoking room the carpet the bed and sheets blanket pillow cases bathtub sink chair linoleum everything had burns... And the dirt omg 😳 broken furniture curtains hanging off wall papers peeling hanging in bathroom.... It was beyond belief.

The employees was the only nice thing there. Very nice people, thank you!

I was afraid for my life. The sheets where not changed. Filty everywhere, from the elevator, carpet, the toilet would not stop maiking noise, the door ( I was afraid that someone may enter, I didn't think that the lock was strong enough to hold any kick) There was tv, but only worked 10-15 min on news and then stopped, something about chanells. It was too expensive for what the hotel offered. Extremely poor conditions, to say the least
