When requested a refund, was told by hotel owner that would have to come from Expedia. Expedia said it has to come from vendor. Scam. This property should not be an option to book on Expedia.

I needed a room at this interchange for one night. I got it. The room is plain and needs some serious updating, as almost everything is worn. BUT it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Good lighting but not one wastebasket. Cheap and adequate, but would stay elsewhere if it was for more than one night.

It is just a place reasonable price to stop and sleep. Not a place to want to stay for any length of time. They have nothing to offer.the lobby is locked and you have to talk to them through a window. They take no pride in their building or business.

Sheets were filthy and covered in cigarettes burns. There are softer beds in prison. Tub and shower sprayed out brown dirty water and tv screen had been smashed. I requested another room and it was only moderately better. Working tv. Shower ane water were fairly clean but bed sheets were still a mess and beds were even harder Dont stay here. Based on the other clientele people just come here to pick up escorts and do hard drugs.

This place was filthy! Dirty sock/trash on floor. Toilet not cleaned, had urine and hair on. Table in room not cleaned, was what I hoped to be dried ketchup. Bathroom wall looked to have blood on and back of door had brown stains like someone threw a beverage. Bedsheets had stains…some looked like urine others were brown. The smell of pot was horrible. Had someone outside our door around midnight and our dog barked. The people said oh they have a dog and took off when I said yeah we have a dog. We were only in town one day and it was late when we got there. Didn’t notice this stuff until the next day because we were so tired. No sense talking to front desk clerk, too high to really care. Still waiting for my $50 security deposit they said would be 3-5 days. That was a week ago. I do NOT recommend this place!!!!

Well I was on a rollator walker it was convenient for a elevator to be available. But 3 things eerked me i keep feeling something biting me they should make sure that pets have flea collars cause im sure that what it was, 2 i found 2 roaches coming out the wall i killed immediately and they offered to change room but i really didn't feel like moving all my stuff to another room and lastly my key card i had to stop by every day to reset it

As soon as we walked in the terrible smell of stale cigarette smoke hit us in the face. As we got in we noticed that there was burn holes all over the blankets. There was blood on the bathroom walls. 0/10 recommend.

The first room they put us in was dirty, smelled of cat urine, the bed looked as if someone had just gotten out of it. The second room was much better. If not for the second room I would rate this place one star. We didn't feel safe either, you could not go into the lobby to check in or even talk to them during the day. It was all done behind a very thick bullet proof glass and you could not understand much of what was being said. It took several times of speaking as loud as possible for them to hear me and me to understand them. Would not recommend. Even witn all the trouble the staff seemed willing to work with me on a room and talk to me. Given they were behind a think bullet proof glass. We were booked for 4 nights but only stayed one, costing us some money due to the no refund but at least I am able to write a review. Not safe at all!!!!

Bedspread was filthy, stained, with cigarette holes. Several flies, flying insects and crawling insects. No toilet paper. Towel rod in bathroom missing. Broken / missing floor tiles. No visible switch for light over sink. Ceiling paint peeling. Dirty ice bucket lid was there, but no ice bucket. Refrigerator shelves missing, freezer needed defrosting. Clock not set. Outlet for recharging phone only on one side of the bed. Light over that side of the bed not working. Metal base of bed rusty and dirty.

Not the best place to stay but we travel with our dog so we need a place that is pet friendly. They do charge $50 refundable deposit. Not sure why. We paid in advance. Not very clean room. The fridge was old but it worked.
