This was the perfect location for me. The unit itself floor plan was well set up. Parking was awesome right in front of the unit. Which is a huge plus for me as I’m on oxygen.

Room was not very clean. Dog poop on the cover of the couch. Staff did bring new covers and some items. Requested more dishes, towels, utensils as it was not stocked as it should’ve been. Outlet in the living room needs to be replaced. Request requested the first day, but not done. I extended my stay, for some reason, the hotel could not see it, although Booking.com confirmed it. I was told that I had to leave and was locked out of my room by supervisor Larry at front desk. When I got to the office supervisor, Jennifer unlocked my room worked with us until I renewed my stay here till the 2/7/26, due to the fact, there were no other rooms available switch to. Moving my belongings, would’ve been quite a hardship on me. I’m on oxygen. Times are hard due to snow storm. Microwave blew up not replaced.

A good stay for me, but not the rest of my family.

The room was a nice size, with comfortable bed and pillows. My tv worked well, but both of my other family members had issues with theirs. Good shower. Convenient to have a full kitchen in my unit. There was a wood burning fireplace, but no fire supplies were included. It didn’t seem to have a gas starter, but I didn’t ask.

No hangers in my room, despite asking for them 2 days in a row. The light-blocking curtains had mysterious stains, and the material of the sheer curtains was shredded. Breakfast was ok, just waffles and cold cereal and only served on weekends. I chose to eat out after seeing what was available. The smell of weed was prevalent in the parking lot during my stay despite the multiple buildings that make up the complex.

Room was nasty, carpet nasty, stink bugs were everywhere. Crawling on the bed, couch, curtains and dead stink bugs all on the floor. We didn’t stay for 5 minutes. Once we seen the room, we left. The front desk didn’t even ask why we wanted to cancel the room, they already knew it was nasty. Going to send me an email before we arrived talking about they’re under construction. Yeah right, they need to knock down the whole complex and try again.

i gave it a shot and tried to be lenient due to the upgrades but this was horrible my wife agreed

didnt have breakfast i didnt even know that was an option . The floor in the bathroom and kitchen were flooded when i woke up in the middle of the night almost slipped and fell. Then i am still awaiting my deposit and my stay was over the previous weekend.

this was a horrible stay i really don't feel like i should even be charged for this stay it was that bad. i will not be staying there again

Excellent value for your money!

The rooms were big with everything that you needed. A well appointed kitchen and spacious sitting area. Even though the facilities were being upgraded everything was clean as a whistle. More than adequate parking and staff went out of their way to group us together in three rooms even though the facility was almost full to capacity. Will definitely stay there again as I felt safe and secure and the grounds were very well kept.

I could hear a little noise from the interstate but that was only because my room was one of the ones on the end of the facility facing that way.

I came for a Festival to See Toni Braxon and LL Cool J and booked for 2 nights at Sonesta

I did NOT like anything about Sonesta Hotel. I would never come back here when I visit Sharonville, OH. I book the hotel on booking.com and it was false advertisment and photos of the hotel, when we arrived it was nothing like the pics online.

I did not like anything about this Hotel. I book the hotel on booking.com and it was false advertisment and photos of the hotel, when we arrived it was nothing like the pics online. The room smell and the hotel was not finish. The floor had stains that look like blood. I could not stay and I came for a festival to see Toni Braxton and LL Cool J. l'm asking for full refund with Sonesta $470.87 for 2 nights but have not heard back from Josh. Booking.com keep saying they are not responding to them by email or phone for my full refund. The girl was nice at the desk. She did offer us another room but I could not stay where it smell like w--d and the carpet had nasty red stain on the floor Rm 1113. I stayed 10 years ago at Sonesta when they were newer and loved it. A lot has changed and I would not recommend staying at this one in Sharonville West, OHIO until remodel.

No lights = Interesting Showers

The hotel was close to the conference center and restaurants. It was in a quiet area of town.

The light was out in the bathroom. We requested it be changed multiple times. Never got changed, so we had to use the flashlight on our phone to use the bathroom and shower. The bathroom was also dirty, well what we could see of it anyways. There was a ton of hair on the wall in the shower, more than we could have left. The shampoo was also out. Luckily I had extra for my friend to use. The website said breakfast was hot. Apparently that is only on Saturday and Sunday. The cold breakfast was good, but very limited later in the week. The pool was only half filled so we didn't think it would be safe to swim in. Also hours are limited. We like an early morning or late night swim.

Wasted money for a broken down hotel

I liked the layout of the 2 bedroom loft

1 the air didn’t work and it was 90 degrees,2 the place wasn’t cleaned properly sticky surfaces and broken hand rail 3 the pool was closed the entire stay witch was 4 days 4 management was hard to reach 5 they moved our room after the third day 6 I asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay on the first day but management wasn’t available again so I reach out during the times the front desk lady told me to in vain because I was told there was no refund for ruining my vacation time off smh I want to sue because I’m out a grand I’m 😡 I don’t recommend this place at all negative stars

Horrible play to stay!

That was not breakfast! No meat, eggs, pastries, or juices. Our room was in the back by the dumpster, and flies came into the room every time the door was opened. There were no clean towels available on the 2nd day of our stay, even after we took the dirty ones for replacement.

Didn't like much, but the bed was comfortable. Can't speak for the pillows, I brought my own and glad I did.

The room was badly outdated, with old and dingy furnishings. Curtains had stains, carpet was stained, couch sofa was old and gross. The room had an obvious smoke smell from someone staying there previously. Just overall, doesn't compare to a Holiday Inn or similar. We also did not have ample supply of towels, ran out of toilet paper and tissues as well. Had to go to front desk for these things. Then, the sofa bed didn't have a comforter so had to go to the front desk again to get a comforter for the kids. Thankfully, I had my own pillows so we didn't have to go ask for pillows (there weren't enough if we hadn't)

Our stay was great! I loved the layout being "outdoor focused" and we had mostly good weather which made that nice. The outdoor patio, basketball court, walk to the lobby, (outdoor pool wasn't open yet) all suited my preferences and the separated buildings helped the room to feel very private, secluded, and quiet. The full kitchen was GREAT. Loved having the flexibility to prepare meals onsite. The area around felt quiet and safe. The price was fantastic but it didn't feel like a "budget" option, it was very comfortable and clean.

The only small inconvenience was having few bath towels available - we were there for a soccer tournament so my son and his friend needed to shower often, and for some reason we couldn't get too many more when we asked, so they frequently used a damp one. Not a huge deal. I would stay here again for sure, and would just bring extra towels from home.

We got charged for a double booking made in error after spending hours on the phone with their customer service asking for it to be changed to a bigger room and to have it for the next day . The next day when we arrived we found dirty linen , dishes in the cabinet that were dirty and the banister was coming out the wall which led to a fall . It wasn’t handled professionally or even notated . We were told we would get a refund & the gm would call however we haven’t gotten either . We are not use to this level of service .

HORRIBLE and I’d never recommend this Sonesta Inn to anyone!!!!

This property Room 1624 Was FILTHY to say the least. No management on the property no housekeeping on the property. Blood stains on the bed posts at the foot of the bed. Floor dirty sticky and unsanitary to walk. Carpets DIRTY… red stains throughout the carpeting. PET Urine on the carpet. Sofa stained with visible Dirt and brown stains. Hole on the ottoman. Room has a Oder dirt and mountain of dirt on the Vents leading to the upstairs loft inside the dwelling. It was so bad I packed up my family and went to a total different Hotel up the street after my asthmatic daughter had an episode due to the filthy conditions.

Absolutely NOTHING except the pool itself. The grounds of the pool was dirty no one cleaned the areas for the guests to walk it was literally dirty.

They did not have running water and did not notify me about the problem so I had to get last minute change of hotels. Very disappointed and didn’t give me a refund. Place smelled like cigarette smoke and toilet was clogged when I got there. Very loud upstairs neighbors

A Sonesta week!

Jennifer at the front desk was excellent and very kind and courteous however a second shift employee was as courteous and seems she didn't know the area very well she couldn't recommend or suggest a location to go to a pharmacy or a bank etc. She did not smile at all. She actually was kind of rude at all 5 encounters with her. She knew her job but no people skills. No pillows and the 2 I had were pancakes!

The phone in the room didn't work and guests are not allowed to use the phone! No ice machine. Housekeeping didn't have a English speaking employee nor could you get any replacement dish soap
