I was visiting for a convention at the sharonville convention center. The hotel was literally a 4min straight shot to the center! It was also always very quiet and the king bed was comfortable
The room had some cosmetic flaws and didn't have a stopper in the tub.. So a bath was not possible

This was the perfect location for me. The unit itself floor plan was well set up.
Parking was awesome right in front of the unit. Which is a huge plus for me as I’m on oxygen.
Room was not very clean. Dog poop on the cover of the couch. Staff did bring new covers and some items. Requested more dishes, towels, utensils as it was not stocked as it should’ve been. Outlet in the living room needs to be replaced. Request requested the first day, but not done. I extended my stay, for some reason, the hotel could not see it, although Booking.com confirmed it. I was told that I had to leave and was locked out of my room by supervisor Larry at front desk. When I got to the office supervisor, Jennifer unlocked my room worked with us until I renewed my stay here till the 2/7/26, due to the fact, there were no other rooms available switch to. Moving my belongings, would’ve been quite a hardship on me. I’m on oxygen. Times are hard due to snow storm. Microwave blew up not replaced.
