The only thing I liked about this horrid hotel was the location, because it's literally off the main road and highway. Besides that, I do not have anything positive to say about this hotel at all.

Everything was terrible. From the time I arrived, until the time I left, this was an absolutely horrendous hotel experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Even they deserve better than what this place offered. It should be torn down.

Decent stay in northern Cincinnati

Location was great. Stars was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

When i lifted the fitted sheet (I check for bed bugs in hotels) the side of my mattress has two very large stains - either dirt or blood. Since sheets were clean and i was exhausted i just went to sleep.

There was a verbal fight going on in a couple of rooms which moved into the hallway! The argument went on for a couple of hours after midnight!

Hotel experience was generally good but was lacking in a few areas.

Bed was comfortable. Room was fine for the most part.

Bad lighting in parking lot. Sink drain ran slow. Breakfast was adequate but was missing waffles and had only apples as fruit. Sound proofing of rooms could be better.

first room offered had a terrible odor; 2nd room offered at least didn't smell - tub/shower was not clean, hair in corners of room - very squeaky old hvac unit; my bed made noises when I sat on it (looked like sawdust on floor); linens are scratchy and worn; elevator smelled like marijuana; everything is outdated

We love this place!

It's a nice stay for the price. Breakfast has several options (always some proteins, as well, that you don't always get from a more economical hotel.) The pool and fire pits are nice! Love that they have adult only swim later in the evening.

Our bathroom was a little dirty, like the floor hadn't been swept or mopped. We've stayed here before and this is the first time it's been like this. We were attending an event at Spooky Nook Sports. The drive was longer than what Booking says. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, just adding for other's information.

The location is great for business conferences.

The bedroom was moldy I had an allergic reaction and it was hard to breathe. People sneaking in through the back door smelling like marijuana and posted a rock to get back in. Did not feel safe.

Had it not been for the lack of any hot water, I would have given the hotel stay 5 stars.

The room looked nice, and was clean. The facilities were clean. The pool area was nice! The staff was nice, and working hard.

Neither of the 2 rooms I booked had any hot water in the bath. When we raised this issue with 2 staff members, 1 did not reply at all, the other person (at the front desk) said, "Sorry." A shower is an important part of a hotel stay.

Not what I expected

I like the location

The 1st room was dusty, and the tub would fill up while taking a shower, so I was standing in several inches of water. And there was a stain on the bed that was covered up by the pillows. It had a weird smell. The toilet was very wobbly. When you turn the water on in the sink, it smells like the sewer. Lastly, the door was missing the part that stops someone from opening it. The 2nd room was better. I was able to take a shower without the tub filling up with water, and the toilet was not wobbly. The door was not missing any parts and the beds were clean. I did not like that I could smell cigarette smoke from the people outside the window smoking.

Go somewhere else!

The room had a king-size bed.

The front desk was rude. The room given to us had an awful smell, like they used a bunch of chemicals to try and cover up an issue. The toilet didn't flush properly, and lights flickered in the room. We were immediately removed to a room that did not smell.That room was okay. The breakfast was very poor, and the french toast was soggy and very undercooked. They even had a tip jar for the basic breakfast they had. For a 3 star hotel, this is not worth your money or time!

I'll be back

The shower was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. I liked having a chair where I could put my feet up in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room AC and bathroom fan were very loud. The fridge was full of frost and water dropped onto the floor every time I opened it. I was on the third floor for the first time.
