Worst check in in 40 years of constant hotel travel.

The room was basic but decent. The wifi was painfully slow.

I arrived at 11:30 pm to check in. I was informed that the computer system was updating and I would have to wait to check in. I asked "how long?" and was told that the clerk had "no idea". I asked when the computer started updating and the clerk told me she had "no idea" as her shift started at 11 and the computers were down when she arrived. The next day the manager told me that the computer update started at 9 pm. I got into my room at 12:15 am. The next day the manager told me that there was nothing she could do, "Choice does this without telling us.". I asked for a Choice manager name and contact info and the hotel manager told me she had no idea who the Choice managers are or how to reach them. I urged booking to drop this hotel because they obviously can't properly accommodate booking guests. What sane hotel makes it impossible for guests to get a room between 9 pm and 12:15 am?

Upon coming to our entry door, the door opposite us opened and a large dog lunched out towards us. The owner immediately restrained the dog. I don’t know if it was a friendly lunch or, otherwise. But, it was definitely an unwelcome surprise. Never had that experience anywhere we have stayed. It’s nice that establishments don’t have to turn people away with “pets” but I think such an arrangement of allowing pets should be relegated to a certain area of rooms, designated for such use. Not mixed in randomly with other guests. We did hear the dog bark which is not conducive to a quiet stay.

I was surprised when I walked into the room. It had a clean smell, was clean, and totally impressed me. I stood there for a minute with my mouth open in amazement. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend. Also the staff was very polite and personable.

The room was beautiful! Bed was very comfy. The tv works amazing! Every staff member we spoke to was extremely nice and respectful did all they could to help and make a nice stay!!

I really enjoy my stay and any and everything I need I can get at the desk.

The value the area the convenience, the clean rooms laundry facility is a nice size but workout room is a good size. Nice that it’s 24 hours a day.

if they could have at least found one day to fully clean my room I have not had a housekeeper since I’ve been here they come to my room at the wrong times and all I need is a time and a day that they’re gonna come to my room and that part is not guaranteed But overall everything else was pretty good

They had a 24 hr gym, laundry, and our room even had a full kitchen area including a dishwasher, stove and fridge!

We saw some bugs in the kitchen sink... The bed was nice, but my side was pushed up against the wall with no outlet or lamp near me. Seemed more suited for 1 person than a couple.

We were welcomed by a friendly and personable staff. The room was clean, the amenities for extended stay were good.

I was taken back by not offering clean additional towels upon request. The polite front desk person informed me that if I wanted fresh/clean towels I needed to turn in the dirty ones before getting clean ones. I was very bothered by this policy. (For the amount of traveling I have done, never ever had this request been a policy). Secondly, the mattress was HORRIBLE!! It should have been replaced months ago! It sagged terrible causing us not to get a good nights sleep and causing my husband to have back pain the entire of our stay. Does anyone check? It was not okay. I did politely let the front desk know about it on departure.
