Disappointed

We booked specifically for the indoor pool. Once we arrived we were notified that the pool was out of service. We were not able to cancel and get a refund. The other problem was a lady in the next room having sex loudly from around 9:00 pm until we checked out at 8:30 am the next day. We had children with us asking why the lady was crying, moaning and screaming.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Of course I loved the fresh chocolate chip cookies.

There was no option to have a microwave oven in the rooms. Going to the lobby to reheat your food is such an inconvenience.
