The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The lovely package of bottled water & snacks was a pleasant surprise and very appreciated.
Temperpediac mattress would have been awesome.

I booked two rooms for guest that were in town for my birthday party. They found the accommodations very nice though one friend thought it was a little pricey for her. I picked this location because it was closer to my house and they only place when I was stopping in to check out the hotels was friendly and willing to answer my questions.

The location of the hotel was good but that was it.
The phone in the room didn't work. They made one bed with only a fitted sheet, no top sheet. Only gave towels for 2 people when 3 people were on the reservation. The toilet didn't look as clean as it could be. We tried to check in around 8.30pm but they didn't have the room ready yet. They took 20min to clean the room on the spot and we had to wait in the lobby while they did that. They did a halfway job of cleaning the room. They were understaffed by a lot so everytime we needed something at the front desk, there were line ups of people all waiting as well. Sometimes had to wait 20min for a person to even return to the front desk. Since the phone didn't work, we had to walk down to front desk for each issue. Also had issues connecting to the wifi. They had to give us some other code to use since the regular way to connect wasn't working.

AC and Wifi did not work following a power outage. The power outage we understand. The inability to recover basic systems after the power outage is unacceptable. Management made no attempt to compensate for the first miserable night of a two night stay.

When we checked in, they gave us our room keys and upon entering our room we realized it was a dirty room. The beds were not made, there were dirty towels on the ground, and the restroom was a mess. When we went back downstairs to advise, no apology was offered. Just chalked it up as “some rooms had broken air conditioners and people had to switch rooms”.
Wifi doesn’t work.
Location is in the middle of nowhere.

We stay just one night for our anniversary, the room was cozy, the bed comfortable, pillows were great, the breakfast was great. The only thing that would have made the breakfast better was if biscuits and grave were served.
There wasn't anything i didn't like about our stay. We even ask for a later checkout and it was approved, Great place to stay.

I liked the location relevant to my destination. The bed was comfortable, and temperature was good in the room.
I booked four rooms for a work event. Three of us got there first and they were checked in and good. When I arrived, the guy at the front counter said that I had already checked in, which was obviously incorrect. I gave him the print out of the receipt showing I booked four rooms and he said since I didn't check in with the rest, the system cancelled the fourth room. This makes no sense. This was a business trip and all was paid with a business credit card. I had to pay for the fourth room with my personal card and $50 incidentals. He says that Booking.com will refund the fourth room. He was very hard to understand because he did not speak good English. He acted quite confused about the whole situation. My credit card statement shows a $149 charge then refund, then a $199 charge. I saw no refund for the $50. Check Out was no better. The front desk guy said he couldn't print a receipt because I paid through Booking.com. I said no I paid with my card for one room and we went round and round again. Finally got a receipt so I can get reimbursed. In one of the rooms, there was black mold in the shower, and one of the beds was not made upon check in. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns, but this was the worst. The breakfast was pitiful. No muffins, bagels, toast, orange juice, or waffles. They had dry cereal. Luckily the training center that we were going to provided breakfast. I have a reservation for June for the same training, but I will be cancelling it with this hotel.

Got locked out of room with all belongings in there and no keys worked. Staff had to break in with some hook and that took forty minutes. Night staff barely spoke English as well..rooms were not great as far as clean. Need to clean behind couches and sofa beds

Breakfast was just ok. The "eggs" had a strange texture and they served smoked sausages rather than breakfast sausage. We arrived a couple of days after a snowstorm and the parking lot was not cleared

I requested two beds in the booking travelling with 2 kids. I got one king bed and an unmade fold out couch with no possibility to change.
The shower ceiling had a leak that wasn't fixed.
Two bottles of water were in the fridge just the first day. For the rest, the only option was to buy purified water in the shop which shouldn't even be a thing since it's just tap water.

Room was clean and comfortable and was relatively close to where we needed to be.
We could not get the internet to work. We tried over and over again. My husband even went down to the front desk and they got it to connect but when he got back to the room it disconnected. We ended up setting up hot spots with our phones. We have never had a problem connecting to the internet with any other hotel. It was very disappointing and frustrating.
