When I arrived, I was told they did not have a room for me, even though I had a reservation. Stated “You reserved a room with double beds and all we have is a King room.” I was told I would have to cancel the reservation. I found another hotel nearby and then called this one back and told him to go ahead and cancel. I currently have a charge for one night showing up in my bank! Waiting on a return call since Saturday.

Literally nothing. Mold on walls. No jacuzzi which i specifically called and asked for. Got a different room due to mold yet next room doesn't have AC. Literally what is to like. 77 in a room absolutely disgusting.
Everything. Mold on walls. No AC rude staff. Lied about jacuzzi. Ive been in roach motels with more respect than this. And more expensive than others. Genuinely choose here because of the "jacuzzi '

Location for us was good!
Quite a lot! Firstly I understand there is a pet fee, but $75 is excessive! Also no real pet area with pet station or even a trash can to use after walking your pet. Breakfast not included at this Hilton where as other Hiltons offer breakfast such as the Avid which is in the same price range.

Location was convenient
Check in was a hassle. The front desk worker said our card declined for the 2nd room, but we paid in advance for both rooms, it was an entire argument to get him to give us a key to the 2nd room. He kept telling us that we had to call booking.com to find out why our card declined. I kept showing him the receipt that we had already paid for it. We are still waiting for our $100 deposit to be refunded that was charged during check in. Bathroom was not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. Could not get the room to a comfortable temperature, it was either miserably hot or freezing cold.

The first room has a big red stain in the bedroom. Tub has rust stains on the top where sealant is broken. Moved to second room. Card keys did not work, very hard getting into the room. Smoke detector and iron are missing. The bath tub faucet needs to be tightened. There's a big nasty stain with white stuff on the couch. You can tell it's never been cleaned. Had to pay extra money on top of the $16 per day if I wanted specialty breakfast. Hilton family or corporation needs to invest money into the rooms. Bring the rooms up to date, get rid of nasty couches, and stained carpets.

The room. Although large their was no place to put open luggage, no comfortable chair except a desk chair. Their was a large jacuzzi tub in room. Very 80s. Bath room was very warn and unpleasant. The bath room was in desperate need of updating. I actually refused to shower it was so warn.

Pool was closed two of the three days we were there. Shower had absolutely no pressure coming out of the showerhead. Breakfast was average with not a lot of options.

None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. And language barriers didn’t allow effective communication. DO NOT EAT THERE. They force you to charge to your room. The dinner didn’t come with the sides stated on the menu!!! They didn’t have multiple items and then our steak wasn’t even a ribeye as stated NO BIGGIE. We were so easy going BUT we definitely paid for it. Then, breakfast is included, right?! Umm yes/no. They charge it to your room but then “credit” you supposedly…no idea!!!
They took my debit card and placed a $50 hold, then Another $50 hold, and then other random charge amounts x5. NO WORDS to explain the mess they made of my bank account!!! Over $600 taken out on top of what I paid booking.com I still have a $309 charge pending. I had to cancel my debit card bc my bank flagged it as fraud and rightfully so!! If I didn’t have the extra money and was on a trip this place would have destroyed those plans!!!! I now have no debit card multiple hundreds of dollars out of my acct and no explanation. I couldn’t even call the property bc they have absolutely zero clue what is happening besides how to charge your card multiple times for nothing!!!

Reserved room was told could play cash when we get there ended up have to pay with card ended up being more than was told when reserved it and the two tickets for breakfast we payed for and didn't get hours on it but it's a nice place

I thought the location was great, as well, the breakfast! The staff was nice and accommodating. When going out of town, I always try to stay at Hilton. I was disappointed with this location. To me, it did not represent the Hilton name as well as it could have. Cleanliness was mediocre. In my room, the toilet kept running all night; the bathroom faucet leaked; and the lamp, by the chair/recliner, did not have a lightbulb. This might seem frivolous, but I look at small details. I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool. I had joint rooms, which was great! However, it would have been nice, on having the option, of having a rollaway bed[s] for my grandsons.

Never got to enjoy anything as when we arrived we were asked to pay for the 2 days up front when I specifically asked to pay when checking out. The front office staff refused to honor previous arrangements made, all because of using a booking. Com, had to leave and find other accommodations for the holiday, the staff did not care and laughed. Was very inappropriate, Will not use this hotel again.
