No microwave in room

It was easy to get to

I had a dirty room when I got there and then they moved me to another dirty room with a door the mat stuck and was hard to open and shut. Breakfast was gross.

The ice machine was not working on our floor. Also the hot water in the tub made a horrible noise.

No breakfast. Sign said no main breakfast. Air conditioner leaked, no body wash. They took care of the body wash. I asked to speak to the manager, called the manager twice but have yet to receive a return phone call. Hotel just felt cold and damp

Table was broken down and outlets didn't work no exhaust in bathroom ,no micro wave,door stop hanging off wall the worst haytte I've stayed in.

Was in a good location. Staff were very nice and helpful. They couldn’t find my reservation from booking.com and they worked hard at fixing this issue. I think that is a book.com problem as its happened before at other location’s.

No ice machine you had to get ice from front desk. The reviews all talked about bad water pressure and they are true. The faucet in the sink was broke it worked but was coming off. We did not see any bugs. The property wasn’t dirty however it was just a bit run down and felt dingy. (Stains on bedding, hallways and common areas very warm.) The website said pool was still closed for renovations, but it was open and looked pretty nice.

Wrong room at first (no sofa bed as claimed). Drain in tub didn't work well (stood in pooling water as I showered). Breakfast was mediocre & out of items

The room was not cleaned as expected, there was hair on the bed sheets.There was also hair in the bathroom and counter was dusty. The facility didn't look well maintained at all, the elevators were dirty at all time. The breakfast was not good at all, there should be more variety of breakfast food.

There was enough room

Traveling back home and stayed for a night we didn't like that the pull out couch there Was dirty black stuff on couch hair and just crumbs they should be vacuumed after every guest. The bathroom was horrible there was dried pee on the toilet both sides ill put pics with it. Hair all over bathroom. Communication skills and knowledge for who checks ppl in would be beneficial for the hotel. Stairwell could use a good cleaning. Breakfast options were ok. Cleaning should be checked closer.

This hotel deserves no stars. We were on a AAU trip and Puma circuit used this hotel. Floors 4-6 had no water all weekend. Nothing was done to fix this problem. Even though they told us many times it was fixed. It never was. Also upon arrival my sheets had blood on them. Literally blood a big dried blood stain. Argued with management all weekend. He manages also ignored everything going on most of the time and even told staff to say he wasn’t there, when he was the whole time. Friday there was a lobby full of complaining people and he was right next to the girl trying to solve the problems and she was saying no management was there until 7am. At 7am all of a sudden said man was magically the manager. Same for Sunday lady told me no management was there and he got on the same elevator with me right after complaining but he wasn’t there. He also comped a teammate of my son’s father whom is a lawyer whole trip. I had my 2 daughters as well as my son and he gave us one night free. Mind you my teenagers and I could not take a shower all weekend. This is unacceptable. This hotel should not have Hyatt in its name the motel 6 would’ve been much better. And the disregard for women is gross. Do better. Please no one stay here. Not to mention it’s usually $89 a night to stay here but since it was Memorial Day weekend and they were hosting puma tournament which was actually 30mins away, they raised their prices and it was $400 for 2 night. No not stay here hotels gross as well and rooms need major work.

I did not like the property.

It was outdated and the rooms were dirty. I had to be assigned to three rooms before I got one that was decent enough to sleep in. The beds in two of the rooms were clearly dirty and I was told twice that there was no manager available to speak with. I called corporate and got disconnected.

Took a hold on my money then said it showed declined so even though on my end my money was gone I didn’t have a room to stay in.

The hot breakfast was one of the reasons that I chose this property and it did not disappoint. Everything on the breakfast bar was hot, fresh and tasty. Staff was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a confirmation number but when I arrived, I was told sorry no room available. I was not happy after driving for hours.

Breakfast was better than most but inconsistent in variety from day to day. One day sausage links were cold. French toast sticks were tough as shoe leather. No fruit most days. Yoghurt was sugared, I prefer Greek style plain. But overall it was good and certainly better than most.

Breakfast, staff, cleanliness, and all aspects of the hotel were beyond our expectations and excellent.

The staff is extremely professional. They printed out paperwork I needed. The breakfast was great, plenty of fresh food everyone during the breakfast period.

They didn’t have a laundry room, but they were very helpful when it came to locating one.

The location was great, and i liked how large the room was.

The nightly quiet time was not necessarily enforced and it was hard to sleep some of the nights because of doors opening/closing and people speaking loudly in the halls. Also, one of the staff members was really creepy and I felt very uncomfortable with him blowing kisses and staring at our group.
