We had a nice stay!

The room was so large and had so many accommodations that it being slightly outdated really didnt matter at all. it was very clean for the most part, and we had everything we needed. the staff was so kind, Candice checked us in and out and she was so friendly and pleasant it just made me smile to meet someone so nice! This is a dog friendly hotel and although we didn’t have any dogs with us we loved seeing other peoples pups outside on the grounds. the location is right off the exit and theres a popping little mexican restaurant walkable distance. i would reccomend this hotel to someone else anytime.

A place to stay if location is needed.

Location was perfect for me as it was two blocks away from my interest. Staff at desk office was friendly, specially Emily! Breakfast: coffee, hot chocolate, oat meal and muffins. Plenty and enough for me!

Not clean at arrival and too noisy: fridge noisy, air conditioning noisy and people in hallways too noisy. They did not have an extra blanket available when requested.

It was very dirty, breakfast was very poor, TV didn't work, everything was bad.

You get what you pay for.

Convenient location to the interstate and near the city. Low price compared to other hotels in the area.

Found a bug in the bathroom. Pair of pliers on the floor near the bed. Hallway carpet stayed dirty throughout stay. Loud dog barked across the hall several times. Exterior side door propped open with a rock so anyone could enter without a room key.

WORST, NIGHTMERE, REDIC

Nothing good at all.

Nothing. Because I will never never stay at this hotel. Blood stained bed cover, several week-long bed sheets, dirty bath towel with somebody's hair. No hair dryer in the room. No elevator. Cabinet was broken. I've traveled to U.S. and Europe for 20 years. This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed. Hotel staff is rude, unfriendly. Breakfast is just small muffin-like bread and coffee. I do not call it Breakfast. Booking.com should delete this terrible hotel immediately.

The gentlemen checking me in Wednesday 5/31 was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was non-existent. When I asked about something to eat and coffee that first morning, someone went and found me a granola bar (but it wasn't out -- I had to ask for it); and there was no coffee. I didn't bother the second or third days. Also I tried to get a wake up call my last night for the following morning (so I wouldn't miss my plane) but there was no one in the office, and no one answered the phone at the counter.

Dump I feel should refund some of my money.

What breakfast? It served horrible coffee. Only vanilla creamer, so if you don't like the flavored creamer, no other choice. Only a few granola bars that were not even offered every day.

The building is in a state of disrepair. Hole in the walls. I took pictures. No maid service in two weeks. When asked for clean towels, I was told there were none because people steal them. Non-shalant attitude of workers. They do not really care.

Employees. They were very helpful with all the problem solving. Understood my frustration.

Everything. Out dated. Broken toilet. Noisy refrigerator. Can't believe no tissues, cups, or any type of utensils in the room. Everything just looked old. Luckily the manager agreed with what I complained about, and compensated me. You need to inform perspective customers about getting shampoo, cups, etc. from the office and the room does not contain any items. Needs to be in the description of the room on the website.
