Would not recommend to anyone!!

I ended up losing my money for the weekend. Had to go to another hotel. This place was nasty, it smelled. People were hanging all around the property. Doors did not lock from the private entrance. You could enter anytime of night

Didn't stay for obvious reasons

They did not comply with our reservation as the room type we reserved plus was not a breakfast as advertised it was granola bars and such... and room was not clean so did not stay bc of all this and was not refunded the money

Leaving after 5 hrs and canceling the next day

Where do you want me to start at first of all the rooms smelled moody and mildew gave me a headache. Security door on the side of one building was broke anyone could have came in. Walk thru that door people sitting in front of it listening to music,on the phone or riding scooter like it was a park. Never ever been to a hotel like that. I didn't look like the picture on the internet. My friend arrive Thursday and complain how high the grass was and talking about shady people hanging around the build. The room was not great either. I look like you guys house homeless people there as well and that's find because you don't know people situations but at lest let your customers know that but I know you wouldn't. I was horrible. I thought It was non smoking but I can smell it. Would never stay at extended stay again. Ps fix that bathroom fan.

It was close to where my family was

It smelled very strongly of maple syrup and the floors including the carpet were sticky. The chairs were dirty and the remote control had food on it.

Thought it was full kitchen, but just stove top. No coffee pot... Was glad I brought a French press. So many times entered and could smell that people had been smoking weed☹️

I use a rolling walker to get around, and automatic doors would have been greatly appreciated. The front desk staff say they have asked for them to be installed many times, and I second that request.

Rude people above me

People above me stomping on the floor. Told the lady at the desk the following morning and all was fine until I went to lay down for the second night and they were at it again at 730am. I asked my company to remove the place as a recommended place

The room was comfortable

Put on 3rd floor, elevator was out of order. Breakfast was to be 6:30am to 9:30am. I went down for coffee at 9:25am. They had everything cleaned up and refused to get/make me coffee. I will not stay again
