Early check in wasn’t an option she didn’t even check she automatically said no then I had to go to work so I asked that no one wake up my boyfriend because he does third shift and I’d be back by checkout to get him an out belongings they were banging on the door at 10:30 an didn’t announce themselves so he had to get out of bed an open the door the staff is just bad they need better staff other than that the hotel is perfect

I've stayed at 3 other extended stay establishments in Cincinnati in the last year yet this was the best...by far!!! The room was clean and did not look old and damaged, unlike the other 3. The kitchen appliances were great. I had one comment to share with staff regarding not publically posting their policy regarding using products to eliminate germs throughout the room. The staff assured me that they do use such products, which i assumed it did but would have liked to see it. Additionally, the other 3 had noisy air units which i had to turn off each night to get any sleep. The air unit at MainStays was not silent, but much quieter so i did not have to turn it off at night.

False advertisement for the breakfast on their app; all you get is a free cup of coffee. My tub had pubic hair(s) in it. Kids upstairs (3) floor over me was very noisy until 9/9:30pm. But everything else was perfect.

No hot water. Temperature in shower was slightly above freezing. I let the water run for 20 minutes to see if it ever got warm - nope. Property didn’t feel safe. There were cars and people parked/hanging out in the parking lot 24/7 that were not renting a room. It felt like maybe it was a hotspot for drug dealings, possibly. Cabinets in room were broken and hanging. Tv faces and angle and couldn’t be adjusted and the tv didn’t work well. No guide. Not a great experience.

Good clean room and facilities which was more than adequate for one nights stay and value for the price. Floor above me was a bit noisy and toilet ran for a bit until I figured out how to tap the handle to reset the stopper. Again, safe, clean, good shower and bed. Really amazing for this price, everything was spotless, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the staff was so kind! The only thing that wasn't perfect was the wifi that didn't work in every part of the room. But other than that, I can't find anything that could be better.
