Would have been great if everything was in working condition

The staff, they were very helpful in trying to resolve our problems.

Pool heater not working, could not use. No ice in ice machine. No cane sugar packets for cereal or coffee at breakfast

The bed was comfortable.

The staff was rude when we checked in. The way they talked to my husband and I. We asked for two wash rags and was told they don’t have any. There were 2 dirty wash rags in the shower so I would be shocked if it was even cleaned. I make coffee in the mornings and one Kuerig cup was already used. Just very dirty. I will never stay there again. The rooms should be inspected before someone checks into it. We usually stay for breakfast but left as fast as we could and got breakfast out because of the cleanliness. I will add we needed more blankets and pillows for the pull out sleeper and was told they don’t have blankets? What the heck? We gave our 2 kids our comforter to cover up with. We were given 2 extra pillows for the kids but no pillow cases. We had to ask again for pillow cases. We travel a lot and have never had this experience. We will never stay there again.

The hotel charged my personal card for the room would not credit me back say they did not, My bank says they did for sure. Manager did help in resolution for this concern
