Let's start with the power went out at 1ish am an the room got cold quick two the shower had black stuff in the bottom of the tub then mold on the shower curtain only three pillows for two people the lady at the counter when I checked in looked like she didn't wanna be there or I was the lowest of people on earth then some lady came down knocking at my door an was like your not allowed to have lights or the TV on passed 10 pm she said she stays in room 333 an she's management said I had to leave if I didn't turn it off

Reserved a king room and received a queen room because all the king bed rooms we in use. Didn't want a queen bed but we made it work.

So nasty! Do not recommend for anyone!

Absolutely nothing! This is the absolute nastiest place I have ever stayed and we will absolutely not be coming back. The only reason we stayed is because it was too late to cancel since we arrived late into the night and didn’t have the money to get another hotel and was travel with my children or I would have slept in my car. The entire place stinks as soon as you walk into the lobby!

Everything it was so nasty I have about 20 pictures on my phone. There was stuff splattered all over the door and bathroom door. Something that looks like feces smeared on the wall. The pictures on the wall even had nasty stuff slung on them and running down them. The hood on the stove was dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the sink was dirty and the vanity. The drawer for the bathroom had toothpaste residue and hair pieces. There was a dead cock roach laying under the table. The rolling chairs in the room was so nasty I wouldn’t even let my kids sit in them. The curtain is even broke off the runner, the curtain for the mini closet has stuff slung all over it looks like it has t been washed in months. I could go on and on we was absolutely disgusted but far from home and getting charged for the room anyways or would never have stayed my mind is literally still blown with just how nasty this place was. It’s truly unbelievable. The pictures shared is nothing I have several!

The size of the room and location.

The bathroom has a strong pee smell when I checked in......and that smell persisted throughout my entire stay. Couldn't utilize the living area coz that smell spread there....so just stuck to my bedroom. The corridors also smelled weird. The kitchen utensils were so old and beat up, I wasnt sure they had been sanitized. Would never stay here again.

It was a nice neighborhood

The staff, although very nice and accommodating, was never at the front desk. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for her to show up. Check-in was at 3, but when we arrived at 6 pm, our room still wasn't ready. We chose a room that fits 6 people, but the pull out is only twin size. Unless you have 2 small children, there's no way that room can hold 6 people. Sofa beds aren't comfortable to begin with, but this was caved in in the middle. The mattress had nasty stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette was backed up. There's no room for toiletries in the bathroom, not to mention it was filthy in there. The sink is coming off the wall. They shouldn't boast about an included breakfast because it's only hot drinks and granola bars. The hallways were littered with wrappers and garbage. Overall, the whole place was trashy and didn't meet our expectations. Not being able to accommodate 6 people in a room and not having a real breakfast is misleading. Those were 2 of my criteria and part of why we chose this hotel.

Everything is extremely dated and worn out. The kitchenettes are dingy the tub and the sink are cracked and broken. The room was clean, but there was no bedding for the pullout couch. The bed was like an air mattress.

It was comfortable, room wise, but all of the other things sucked.

I liked how clean and comfortable the room was.

I didn't like the breakfast. We came down very early and there was just a pitiful oatmeal packet, it took us over 30 minutes to check out because there was no staff at the front desk for a very long time and there's always supposed to be someone at the front desk. Someone had to call corporate just to check out. The price was a bit too much for the service.

Offer kitchenette but no kitchen ware or utensils. A bag of trash was found beside pullout couch from previous tenant. Pullout bed mattress had 0 padding and was unusable also had no begging provided for pullout couch.

Easy to get to with several dining options nearby -- just not within walking distance.

Breakfast was only muffins, granola bars and coffee. Since price of room varied with # of occupants, I'm sure part of that cost was for breakfast. I would have liked some other options (fruit, yogurt, waffles, juice)

I didn't require an "extended stay" apartment but thought the extra room would be comfortable.

Appropriate for a quick coffee and snack. Enough room for guests.

Side entrance door where we parked was not able to be opened as directed. Although the facility was only (as told to me, about 65% capacity), the room issued us was near the street and night and morning traffic was noisy. The refrigerator was very noisy. Sounded more like a generator going on and off all night. I also mentioned this to the staff on departing. I regret not going down to the office and requesting another room.

It's Become My Go-To Hotel While Visiting Cincy once or twice a year.

This is my second stay at this location in 1.5 years. My experience the first time was excellent, and my most recent one was just as good. I loved the fact I had a kitchenette, and counter to spread out on. Staff was awesome. Laura/Laurel (?) was absolutely amazing (she just got engaged). She went over and above when it came to helping me out. She deserves a raise. This hotel was quiet, convenient, and a studio apartment excellent for 1-2 adults. You could probably have one child sleep on the couch.

I can't think of anything negative.
