The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and worked perfect for our trip. There was one evening that the shower kept going off and on and the toilets kept getting backed up. They were filling the outside pool though, so that might have had something to do with it.

I’ve stayed at this property before and each time I hope that it will be a better stay. I think this will be my last time. We had a sink and shower that were clogged so they filled quickly and drained slowly, our room smelled wet and musty, the refrigerator did not work and the pull out bed was not clean in addition to the extra blankets above the closet for the pull out bed had a hole in it.
The breakfast was running out of food, potatoes were cold in the middle, eggs were fine, pancakes were hard, coffee ran out. It was just a rough experience and I am fairly easy going but all around the stay made for a rough start to the trip. I think with an eye to detail and a pursuit of excellence, this hotel has the opportunity to be so much, but just isn’t there right now. I’m hopeful that they can turn it around and make it great.
