Was a decent stay in good location for a good price.

I like the location and price

Towels were old, hard and dingy, not clean looking or white. Hotel refused to plow or shovel snow from the walk way or parking lot so we could exit safely. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had!

Location good

First room did not have working heat. Called front desk and nicely and quickly moved to another room. Bathroom in the second room was old. Entire building appeared outdated and upgrades appeared inexpensive and cheaply done. Appearance was like patch work.

Decent hotel

The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Our room was clean. It was quiet for the most part out he second floor and breakfast was okay. There were restaurants a short drive away but none right there at the hotels close by. Overall hotel was nice and in safe area I felt. Would stay again for short stay.

Even though our room was clean, it had a VERY strong bleach smell from where it was cleaned and burned my eyes and made my girls have issues breathing. I asked if all rooms were cleaned with that strong of bleach and was told yes. The breakfast was already almost gone when we went down at 830. No biscuit and gravy, barely any eggs and they were dry. Had a waffle and some milk. Next morning was better! A couple of our towels had black stains on them so it made me not want to use them in case they were dirty. Toilet paper was not even half a roll so had to go to front desk to get more. Could have used brighter lights and charging ports that didn't need a plug.

The carpet was dirty, it smelled nasty. Roaches started coming out after our 1st night stay. Kichen didn't have any dishes. Carpet in room was nasty I had to throw away a pair of socks. People would just sit outside all day and night. This was the worst experience we had ever had. We will never ever book with them again. Y'all need to remove this place from the website.

Good value if you aren’t bothered by the consequences of moisture

Bed, shower, breakfast, price. Location good if you don’t want to walk anywhere: 20-25 min to downtown and close to highways out of town. Had indoor pool that we didn’t see anyone using.

Visible mold in many places on walls, mildewy smell in bathroom. It was hot and humid but other budget hotels escaped these consequences. Indoor pool added a bit to the atmosphere. Ice machine didn’t work.

Patiently waiting for my REFUNDED money!

Adequate accommodations that served our purpose.

Our stay was financed/paid through a travel app prior to our travel dates, yet when checking IN my DEBIT (used to secure reservation through travel app) card was CHARGED AGAIN! The error transaction was discovered IMMEDIATELY (on June 18th) and actions to obtain a refund were initiated immediately…however, despite management providing a receipt stating the refund…NO REFUND/resolution has occurred to date (June 24th). This issue has CERTAINLY caused an unexpected financial burden on our family.

Friendly, professional staff; reasonable prices, clean comfortable rooms!!

The desk clerk was very helpful. He checked my reservation & found that it said it was for Friday night, not Thursday night as I had intended. He checked his availability for Thursday night & found that he had something for me. I was very happy that he did. The elevator was 2 doors down in the hall & when we got off the elevator, the room was very close to it as well. Both my niece & I have have trouble walking & it made it easy for us to reach our room, which was a blessing. The bed was comfortable & I slept very well. The room was nicely heated as well, as the night was getting colder with the wind. The next morning when leaving, I talked to the morning clerk and the gentleman who had greeted us the night before. We didn't eat at their breakfast, but noticed it was very clean and smelled good from their breakfast service. If I'm able next year for my birthday, I'll book here again & bring my swimsuit as the pool looked inviting. Thank you for your help, again, with the reservation mixup.

This wasn't their fault. It was between booking.com and my not going back over my reservation. I had wanted a room for 2 adults and was looking through the rooms available. I put the dates down originally for Thursday, March 20th, to leave on Friday, March 21st. I got into an area of rooms that looked more of what I needed, but the heading kept saying 2 adults and 1child. I did Not need a room for a child. There were only 2 adults. I was trying to get the room to just say 2 adults & it kept changing the dates to the next night. I guess when I found the room I wanted, I didn't check the dates again and sent it in. I thought it was very confusing. Booking.com should have, maybe an area at the side with what rooms are available, with AND without a child, and the dates wanted instead pushing 2 adults and 1 child rooms down our throats. Very frustrating & I ended up not changing to the dates I wanted. Thank goodness the Motel had accommodations for Thursday night, as I did not want to have to find somewhere else to stay.

Our stay was disappointing compared to other Comfort Inns we have stayed at.

Fairly run down. Very due for a remodel. Carpeting dirty looking. Couch so dirty looking I would not sit on it. Stairwell grungy. Also hall carpeting. Elevator broken. Difficult to lug luggage to second floor because I’m old! No first floor rooms available. Desk clerk had very limited English usage. She said there was no elevator, evidently because she couldn’t explain it was out of service.

Good value but have reasonable expectations going in!!

It was a good location am compared to the other area hotels, nearly half the price. It had all the basics. The check in was quick and the room was easily accessible on the first floor.

It’s dated and not necessarily the latest amenities. The room was clean but had an overpowering air freshener to hide the stale musty smell. The bathroom was in need of some work, there was visible mildew everywhere on the ceilings and around the tub
