I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, a home away from home environment. The breakfast was well cooked, balanced, full with nutrition. The site cleanliness was in tip top shape! Th enjoy my stay in such a beautiful place.

The extremities Yo the site was malfunctioning. It was my birthday and I was looking forward to a evening of pure relaxation by the fire pit and instead of the hotel stating it wasn’t properly functioning at this time on the website/app it gave me the impression it was working and it the benefit to rent a room with great pleasure. However, it was less than pleasurable outside looking at the walls. I appreciate if someone look into that and next make the consumer aware or changes to the hotel.

Upon arrival front desk was awesome, check in was smooth, I came in looked around seemed to be clean, dropped my things off and left to get food came back checked my bed noticed the stain and smears told front desk who came up and looked at my bed and said she would give me another room, went to 2nd room immediately checked the bed in this one saw huge yellow stains like urine spots and another small one checked the other side noticed a red small thing that looked like blood untill I got closer looked like old candy, it was also hair all under the fitted sheets, called front desk back who said the GM would not be in until Monday but if I decided to check out she would write the GM a note of my issues and I ask could I get a refund as I booked for 2 night's and did not want to stay another night. I woke up next morning to speak with Nozima who was able to accommodate another room with a supervisor to check to make sure things checked out as I checked that room along with the supervisor. I noticed another huge yellow stain and she stated that was nothing and they don't keep soil linens and maybe it came from baby throw up or something else and also stated if it was blood that it would be discarded, as big as the stain was not sure if it was baby food also noticed the couch had a pretty decent amount of white stains as well as dust all around the bed, the cups at the coffee making machine in the room one was dirty one was clean. Me and my boyfriend was not happy with the experience. I end up staying just because there was no GM available and I knew they probably would not refund me the money but I will tell you I was up all night didn't get any rest and I wanted to get my money's worth as I was trying to have a piece of mind from my home, that didn't go well I would definitely not be back at that hotel the only thing that was great was the quietness of the hotel and staff they were great and understanding, but the cleaning needs to be addressed!
