Room was very clean, beds were a little soft for my liking. Breakfast bar kept running our of food which was extremely frustrating for many many guests. They would put out a small pot of eggs and 5 people would wipe it out. No bacon only sausage, no sausage and biskets. For a Hyatt we expected better breakfast than what we received.

I had an amazing experience at Hyatt Place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-designed — perfect for both relaxation and work. I especially loved the breakfast selection; everything was fresh and delicious. They were also very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, making the process quick and hassle-free. Special shout-out to Charity for her outstanding service and friendly attitude — she truly made my stay even better! The location was convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt modern and inviting. Overall, it was a seamless, stress-free stay, and I’ll definitely be choosing Hyatt Place again in the future!

The room was not ready for 3 hours past the time it was supposed to be. The staff didn’t seem bothered that it wasn’t ready. Just that I will get an email when it’s ready. Very rude! We finally got to the room. It wasn’t what I had booked. It was 2 queen not a king. The iron didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain. The phone did not work either. The only thing I can say good is it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was awful. And when I told the guy over the phone that we could not check in before our event which was a hassle for us. He said ok cool! We will never stay here ever again. Disappointed is an understatement!

Not worth the effort. We thought we were going to have a relaxing weekend at an above average hotel, we would have been better off at a Holiday Inn Express. Torn couch cushions, a toilet that would not stop running unless you jiggled the handle just right, an un-comfortable bed and a pathetic breakfast selection.

At check in time I was told my room was being cleaned and it would be about half hour an hour later I was told I had no room. A manager finally got us in a room and said for the inconvenience we could eat at the retaurant free but when we ordered they were out of most things. The pool was super cold . Definitely not worth the money.

Charged twice for a room, then they said there was nothing they can do about it that it was hotel. Com and I needed to contact them. Asked for a receipt and they could not provide that either saying hotel.com is responsible for it.
