We didn't even end up staying. We were told AFTER check in that the pool was not heated and it was too cold to swim. That was pretty much the only amenity that we specified in our search. We filed a complaint with booking.com (as the front desk worker told us to do when we checked right back out due to not being able to use the pool) and booking.com said that their response was refusal to refund because we were told before check in that the pool was unusable. That is 100% a lie and had we known we would never have completed our check in.

Either definitely get new beds.. I heard through the walls from the next room, really loud squealing squeaky noises.. I listened and listened. I realized that whom ever was in the room next to me was having sex. I banged on the wall. They stopped immediately..! No more noises after that.. in which I felt bad . I suggest get new beds..! Quieter beds.or better insulation for the walls.😂

The bed was super hard hurt mine and my husbands back, there was mold in the ac and when we switched rooms there was mold in the shower and we found a dead roach in the drawer, people were smoking weed.

The location and I loved the size of the room

The room wasn’t clean well ,, the carpet had fresh tamped stain. The bathtub was dirty, and so was the toilet. Pretty much everything in the room was dirty, the table and furniture were all dirty. When housekeeping came to clean the room the next day I asked for clean sheets but they asked me to wait and it took them more than 10 mins to get sheets for the bed. So I’m thinking wouldn’t you already have bed sheets on ur cart if you were coming to change my bed,, just made. Not trying to bash housekeeping, the people that came to my room was very nice and so was front staff people

The breakfast was good, the bed was very comfortable, the pool and pool-room were very clean!

Treadmills were not working, pool was very cold, and the room did not receive any service while we were gone all day (like trash collected and wet-floor towels replaced with fresh ones…. There was also a weird patch on the carpet that was a little sticks and strange blue residue on the back of the door.

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms and location was perfect

Staff spoke very broken English which created a language barrier that made things more difficult, pool was extremely cold (like ice) and the breakfast was very disappointing. They weren’t refilling things as items run out such as syrup for waffles, bagels and other big items. The food was cold as well even the sausage links.

BIG EHH FOR YA

I liked the big pool and the big hotel. Lots of space in the building plus 3 elevators is a nice bonus. The breakfast was above average for sure, no complaints there on who was attending and cooking the food and cleaning the area. They did great and worked hard.

No pool heater — the water felt like Lake Michigan in winter. My youngest couldn’t handle it, though the older two managed. No housekeeping after 5 PM, and the lone front desk staff couldn’t leave his post to assist. Stained bed linens, an ancient pull-out mattress, and only three pillows per bed hint at deeper issues. Staff seemed disengaged, often on their phones instead of creating a welcoming environment. The hotel clearly lacks investment and attention to detail. For the price, it’s not worth it — fine for a quick stay, but don’t expect comfort or quality.
