This is a great hotel with good amenities. I will definitely stay at the location again. Affordable

Great franchise and good breakfast

I really like the layout that is similar with all Tru in the US and the breakfast is good enough. The rooms are clean and well equipped and we appreciated the smart TV.

The area is not the best but it was convenient for our road trip

Bad taste in my mouth

There is a unexplained charges on my credit cards used. I was charged on both cards $204.56 so a total of $409.12 ..The staff was eating the breakfast provided for the guess. There were children without parents in the lobby being rude running around and being loud Friday night and at breakfast time sat morning I will never stay there again. And. I want to know why both of my cards were charged the $204.56…..

The room smelled like a dirty dog and I’m allergic. The bedding was also dirty. Evening staff was not kind. Pool area was dirty and extremely loud.

Breakfast was good, pancakes, muffins, cereal, and yogurt, but, the main thing was coffee. The locations was not far from highway 75.

Good for a night or two

The property was clean, the staff was friendly.

I stayed on the 3rd floor so I didn’t like the noise and walking and jumping above me. I also didn’t like the flashing light on the fire alarm because I found it distracting to my sleep when I wanted to lay on my back. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was enough to annoy me a bit because I don’t often sleep through the night.

This was a great place to stay for our Cincinnati-Detroit football game.

The staff were all extremely helpful and good natured. There were many youth groups in the lobby and common areas, it may have turned to chaos, but it was a joy to see them have a place to relax together. Loved that a pool game was going on next to a chess match! The cleaning folks were so meticulous in every part of the hotel! The breakfast was perfect every morning, with options for everyone. The location is so convenient to restaurants and events.

They need to fix the tv’s before guest gets there

I never got to watch tv and when I called the front desk she said she would send someone but nobody never came so I had no tv for two days. And than I got home and they was trying to say I didn’t pay for my first night but the money was removed off my card to them

The property overall was clean and had convenient amenities. Breakfast had a good selection and constant attention from staff to clean up/resupply breakfast area.

I was on a trip with my kid who was excited to use the pool. However, the pool was not super clean. The water was clear but the pool lining/concrete was dirty. The tile on the sides was grimy.
