The staff was super friendly and accommodating. And the property was fairly clean and smelled nice.

The pool looked a little yucky. Definitely needed to be serviced or something.

Location was great Food was great Parking was great Staff and service were awesome so keep it up until we return

Tub water didnt drain properly

The property was clean and appeared well maintained. The staff was pleasant and accommodating of our request to check in a bit earlier than scheduled.

I noticed that the front desk staff did not give every guest the same experience. It may have been a small thing but upon check in I watched staff present some guests with bagged water (2 bottles) which was very nice as we had been traveling for hours. However, other guests were just handed 1 bottle of unbagged water(had to request a second) while there was an entire cart of bagged water already prepared. I am a short stay hostess and I am particular about making sure I am consistent with how guests are treated. I just feel like every guest should have the same experience. I get that it’s just water but It’s important that each person feels like they’re as important as anyone else. *Side note- would you consider adding brown sugar and cinnamon to the breakfast offering with the oatmeal?☺️

Convenient and overall it appeared clean.

The room smelled like a dirty dog and I’m allergic. The bedding was also dirty. Evening staff was not kind. Pool area was dirty and extremely loud.
