The location. It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Staff and other travelers was friendly...

THE INTERNET!! The internet connection at this place is terrible. I had to use my Hotspot to watch a movie. Which i ended up using all my Hotspot and data. This is my only complaint.

Location. Lobby was clean.

Not in a great area. I felt like I was in an area that I shouldn’t have brought my kids to. People smoking weed outside the lobby. We pulled the pull out couch out and it was disgusting so we asked for a different room and the new rooms pull out couch was the same. I asked the guy working the front desk to look and it and asked if he would sleep on that. He didn’t comment. He was friendly. We asked to leave and get our money back and we were able to with no issue. I wouldn’t plan on using the pull out couches. I would not let my kids sleep on those, absolutely nasty.

The rooms are good for family staying awhile. The bed was pretty comfortable and good water pressure, a few dishes and pots and pans to cook. and double sinks was nice for couples

Location is noisy with trucks more of an industrial area. don't stay in room #117 unless your a smoker, the room smelled like cigarettes because it's right by an an entrance with a cigarette ashtray. our second room after we asked to move didn't have any shampoo, conditioner in the pumps. and there were a lot of "work" truck with the big buckets and guys who were loud during the night. not sure if there was bad storms before we got here or what. We never ate breakfast because it's not a full breakfast just a few items and with all the guy workers we didn't want to have to be in all that mess.

A little outdated for the price. The bathroom didn’t have any shampoos/etc. mattresses were a little uncomfortable. Breakfast options were non existent. We ended up eating out each morning.

The breakfast was very lacking, microwave breakfast sandwich was main option. Didn't try to use the machine that made pancakes. Breakfast at a hotel that offers breakfast should include dishes already cooked for you to put on a plate, not put it together yourself. I opened the microwave sandwich as the smell of salt was very strong. Didn't microwave it long enough so ate it half cold, didn't eat the top of the muffin, too salty. the egg in it was about an eighth inch big. Yellow tasteless cheese.

Girl at front desk seemed to have an attitude, didn't speak clearly and definately didn't like being asked to repeat what she said. Very condesending. Okay, I'm a senior but not hard of hearing, she mumbled what she said. I signed a paper to move on but worried I'd signed something that might come back to bite me. In the morning I asked about it, the girl there then said not to worry about it, it was not to smoke in the unit or have loud parties. I was still wondering about it as I feel asleep that night.

When I contacted maintenance, I was told the hotel has been dealing with a boiler issue for at least a year. If that is the case, it’s deeply concerning that the hotel remains open to guests without a reliable solution in place. A comfortable stay includes access to basic necessities like hot water, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes this matter seriously and provides guests with advance notice or a resolution before continuing to operate under these conditions.

Disgusting! Refused to stay here!

This facility is highly unmaintained. It was dirty and multiple odors, both in the lobby, hallways and in the rooms. The bed sheetswere not changed...theysimply placed clean sheets on top of the dirty sheets. The inside of the toilet was cracked and the crack was black-filled. We refused to stay there and requested a refund. It reminded me of a motel someone "pays by the hour" for. I'm not a snob but basic cleanliness is a must and the cleaning crew and management needs significant training...or sold to someone who knows how a hotel should look and feel. A person should feel their stay is a "home away from home." I felt if we stayed there, we would leave dirty. The location was in an industrial area and not around food, entertainment or other hotels for that matter.

Staff was friendly. Room was good. Beds were comfy. The bad...had to switch rooms because we were placed between people with dogs and a birthday party being crazy loud. The smell of marijuana was strong everywhere. Our second room was fine the first night then people got a room next to us and we could hear their entire "night" like they were in our room. Paper thin walls and doors with huge gaps at the bottom give you zero privacy. Unfortunate because the property is nice.

Staff was fairly helpful. Close proximity to the expressway. Bed was comfortable and refrigerator was clean. Free parking.

Overall facility cleanliness was lacking. Carpets were filthy everywhere. The smell of covered up cigarette and marijuana smoke permeated the entire premises. Elevators were dirty. Bathroom tiles broken and grout needed replaced. Internet was spotty.

What breakfast, you can't even call it a Continental breakfast, there was no fruit either day, there was no pancake mix either day, no hot meal at all which advertises a hot meal next morning there was no coffee, and also there was no staff to help you or replenish the wrapped sandwiches or the orange juice container, about the orange juice it was in a dispense container on Saturday morning on Sunday morning it was frozen disposable containers along with frozen apple juice. The pool wasn't open when we checked in on Friday because they were waiting for someone to come and test the water, so it finally open Saturday evening. There was a family down the hall that was arguing really loudly and cussing something terrible, scared my great grands. My children was accused of being disrespectful and running the halls by the staff member who was on duty Saturday and not only that she called the police she was accused one of my granddaughter of being the one that was disrespectful and it was not true, there was another black family there with teenage and under girls there, who was the culprits I don't appreciate being woken up out my sleep with the police at my door being accused of disorderly conduct.. At checkout when asked how was my stay I mention about how disappointed I was about the breakfast and the young lady response was that the manager didn't have enough concern to order the food for the hot meals she told the staff to get the package product. The rooms can use a good cleaning the carpet was filthy in both suites. Very Unhappy
