I had such a great stay! The place was super clean and cozy with amazing views. The breakfast was really good and the whole experience felt special.

Staff was friendly

The odor was horrible. I was so glad I had Fabreez in the car. There is no housekeeping service, but has a spot for a tip to be left. No place to sit other than on the bed. The bed was terribly hard. The only ice machine was on the second floor. The bathroom door didn't close right. Phone jack hanging out of the wall.

I was able to rest. The breakfast was good.

The room was in desperate need of an upgrade. The walls had holes in them. The rugs and towels were worn and dirty. The blankets had cigarette burns on them, and the chair in the room was run down and unusable. The attendant at the desk was rude and not welcoming.

Very disappointing

The location

The air condition in the room wasn’t working and the entire room was very hot and full of mosquitoes. We even called the receptionist for help but he never showed after the third call.

I am very disgusted by their actions toward.i want to be compensated from them for the embarrassment

They have bad attitudes and yelled at me. Me being physically disabled and alone I was intimidated and embarrassed by a guy who was yelling at me because i booked my 3rd night there with a 3rd party. Then he called police and kicked me out. I paid for my stay and he hurt my back & legs making me rush and leave after I paid for another night. It was very demeaning for me. I should be compensated for this mistreatment.

Everything, there was water stains all over walls and the smell of mildew and breakfast was old their vending machines were empty. The elevators unsafe as they had liquid on floor and bad temperaments when approaching any staff asking questions, I was ignored and frowned upon, for whatever reason. It was completely uncalled for.

Bed was comfortable. I did sleep well .

The extra $50 deposit that was due upon check in . The staff was arguing with a guest as I rounded the corner for the elevator. The facility is old . The men’s restroom has no light in it , I’m assuming the light was blown (my husband told me this ). There was a straw above the door, which was used to open the door. The paint was peeling on the walls and the carpet was filthy in the halls. The building needs a complete renovation.

They had a smoking floor.

Every thing, the elevator was shaking as it went up, the room was hideous and dirty, the sink stayed clogged and they gave ME!! a plunger to fix it, I will never stay there again., And when I complained, they had an attitude. The sheets had a dried blood stain, we traveled there for a family funeral, it was horrible.

We won’t be back.

Immediately the room smelled like gas. There were no other rooms available. The bathroom light fixture was full of bugs. The breakfast was below average it was absolutely minimal and disgusting. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all.
