It was food decent stay

They need to pay attention to the little things in the room like chipped paint on the wall hiding behind a chair top of the ceiling is flaking and the couch in the room was ripped on top.

The room was clean and the breakfast was okay

The bottle of body wash was empty when we get there and I had to ask the front desk lady to get some. There was no refill of toilet paper. There were some small stains on the wall in the room and hair on the counter by the TV. The sausages for the breakfast buffet were burnt. The price of the breakfast buffet on booking.com is different than the actual price at the hotel.

Disappointed that the breakfast was not free!

It was clean well decorated

The only part I didn't like was the breakfast buffet was not free. It is the same as any other hotel and most if not all are complimentary. I was shocked that yours was not. Just across the parking lot at TRU my room was 20.00 less and my breakfast was free! We stayed there last week.

It was clean and comfortable.

There was no question in my mind that it was clean, it was nearly hospital sterile. The beds felt comfortable and the pillows were great. We had an amazing honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

They didn't offer room service or meals during the weekend, only a breakfast up front in the lobby. It seems like you'd do that more on the weekends then the weekdays but they only off it on the weekdays. It just felt like they fluffed up details abit.

The road noise was awful. I needed the business center and it was out of service. Breakfast menu was strange. The wifi did not work even after troule shooting with the front desk and using the paid version.

We will stay here again if in the area. Overall, good experience and priced well.

Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff were exceptional. It was priced well. When we needed extras in our room they were very accommodating. Clean and everyone was kind and pleasant.

The room was stifling hot when we came in but that was easily taken care of. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and became very stuffy fast.

I should have gotten a free stay or a lot more knocked off. It was a horrible Hilton experience.

I only liked the location and some of the staff.

I had to be switched three times to a room and each room was nasty. None of the rooms were clean.

Available food should have a la carte pricing...some may just want something quick or light on the run. Complimentary breakfast would have been better. Need instructions on using the room key card. Room needs paper and pen. Instructions on using the tv remote and navigating the tv.

I would not hesitate to stay here again. I was, overall, very pleased with everything.

The location was great - easy access to the interstate, dining, stores, etc. My room was super clean, and the shower had great water pressure. All of the equipment in the fitness room was working, which is a big plus for me.

There seemed to be a baby elephant in the room above mine that ran back and forth across the floor at all hours, including after 10 pm. I totally understand that small children don't realize they are pounding on the room beneath them, but families with small kiddos should be on the ground floor.

The staff were the friendliest ever. Good breakfast. I traveled with my daughter and we felt safe at this hotel.

The pool was soooooo cold. Too cold to enjoy. Our room was always so humid. I'm assuming it was from the pool!!??!! We wanted to sit in the outside sitting area but there were no cushions in the chairs. And it had not been raining. On our last day, during the best dream ever, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate.........at 8 in the morning.
