The room was great clean and had all the stuff we needed mini fridge for left overs from dinner it was quiet at night whichbis a big deal. the only issue i had was it was the worst pillows i have ever had they sucked so bad. also the guide button on the remote didnt work so i had to keep flipping channels till i found the right college football game.

Overall was a room and roof over my head for one night. I do not know much about the area of the hotel but there was a police car setting outside of the hotel side entrance when i arrived. I did wake up a couple times through the night with others stomping up the stairs and loud thuds frequently from the room above me. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken and the bathtub was dirty with the previous guest hair still in the tub. The bathtub drain was very slow.

Property was extremely clean , room comfortable, check in easy. Housekeeping phenomenal , fitness room had plenty of modern equipment for a more than ample workout, if ever back in the area I will not hesitate to book again!

The hotel isn’t as it seems in pictures. The rooms are very small, the pool is very small as well and the outside isn’t very manicured. The people working there are nice but couldn’t help accommodate when we asked for a different room. There is a lot of construction outside also. Not really where I wanted to spend my birthday honestly.. I’ve had better experiences at a lot more hiltons.

Good for a business trip, kind of in the middle of nowhere. Hotel also did not have a liquor license, so if you want to enjoy a glass of wine in lobby or on their patio you have to bring it yourself.

For the price we paid the hotel was not clean and not kept up. We discussed with the front desk and they instructed us to email their head person since we booked through Expedia with the photos. They won’t respond to the multiple emails or phone calls to discuss our issues.

In a way, I made a mistake on making the reservation and I feel that nothing was fixed about it. With the TV, you have to flip through the channels just to get to the guide. Ridiculous.

This hotel was very clean and had convenient parking. The bed was comfortable, the staff were polite. The only negative thing was the people on our floor who refused to contain their 6 unruly kids overnight. Running down the hall screaming as late as 4am.

Was unable to stay in the same room 2 nites in a row. Paid more for a rm without breakfast. 2 hours later a room with breakfast was offered for 4 dollars less. We received 2 whole bottles of water. Wow! Thought i was in heaven. Will try to go back to Drury.

We stayed for two nights. The room and the hotel were stunning, clean, and so comfortable. The staff was amazing! And so was the breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was there is no bar or room service that was advertised. That was the main reason we booked.

The Staff at this Hotel receive an A Grade in the areas of Attentiveness, Courteousness, and overall Professionalism. Our first room had facilities problems and we were moved into a better room. A handy-man \woman was sent to our second-room to repair a broken-arm in our toilet-roll dispenser and to fix our sink which had a leak in the water basin. Thank You!!

I don’t have a problem with the property it is Expedia. We ended up in a handicapped room. We didn’t book that room type and did not want that room type. The shower was not nearly tall enough for my husband or I. We will not book through expedia again.
