Nothing.
I had to switch rooms twice, staying in three different rooms in one night due to severe cleanliness and maintenance issues. Every room was dirty, with trash, filthy bathrooms, stained headboards, hair near the tub, roaches (dead and alive), and appliances barely working. One room had a broken door lock, which felt unsafe, especially while staying with my two small children. Management and staff were disrespectful, and I was even threatened by the manager with not receiving a refund if I left a review.

The size of the king suite was great. Plenty of space, and we loved having 2 bathrooms.
We couldn’t find breakfast. There was meant to be a market but when my dad couldn’t find it, he was told he could walk to McDonald’s.

The pool was warm. The rooms were clean. Very quiet because not many guests at the hotel.
There was no breakfast like advertised. The man at the front desk struggled to communicate effectively and did not understand. He was not very helpful when asked for things and the manager had to get involved to assist. No towels in the pool area. Under new management and the hotel definitely needs some updates and remodeling

It was extremely dirty, it smelled like smoke and we had trouble breathing due to the strong smell of smoke. Just a very gross and uncomfortable hotel.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Said they had breakfast on the web site and they did not. The pool was not heated and too cold to swim in and that was the only reason I chose to stay here. The bathroom in my room was very dirty hair everywhere and used toilet paper. All around the stay here was bad.

It’s close to the convention center
The bed was uncomfortable and kept falling down off of the box spring stand. There were dirty towels left from previous occupant and the toilet obviously hadn’t been scrubbed in a long time

I honestly do not know where to begin. My stay at this hotel was not pleasant. I booked the hotel on 1.13 for a stay on 1.28-1.29, the room that I booked states ‘DOUBLE ROOM DOUBLE QUEEN BEDS – KING BED’. And in the photos provided by booking.com for this room, it shows two connecting rooms. One room has a king bed, and one room has two queen beds, as the title of the room stated. When I checked in to the hotel, my key was given and when I walked into the room, I was very surprised that it was a single room with two queen beds and that was all.
I went to the front desk, and she stated how the “verbiage” of the description could be difficult to understand. I then showed her my phone and showed her the photos attached to the description, she then apologized and stated this is not something this hotel offers. I asked why is this room available to book if it doesn’t exist? This is misleading, it is still on the site to book as well. She offered us a fold out bed. Mind you, this room was supposed to hold 5 people. Where in the world, were we supposed to place this bed at? She stated this was the only way to get this fixed, I told her that this was not satisfactory, and I would like to get what I paid for or another room as we essentially paid for two rooms in one. She basically said no, and I did not feel like going back and forth any longer. We went up to the room and called Fairfield customer service and they said because we booked through booking.com we have to take it up with them. Which I understand, but as a business if you CHOOSE to partner with another organization, it is your responsibility to be certain that the information that is given to them is the most updated and accurate. In this case, it was not, and everything was placed back on me as the consumer.
While heading back downstairs, we were advised that she would be able to give us an additional room for our troubles.

I had to check into 3 different rooms just my first night.

I appreciated that I was on the 1st floor. (I have stayed here before, and was on upper floors.) I only got coffee for breakfast due to time.

The room was filthy…towels in the bathtub, handprints/fingerprints in the bathroom doors in both rooms as well as the door that was between the two rooms (we had a king delux). If there were other hotels in the area with availability, we would have left after seeing the rooms but we were in town for a soccer tournament and had no other options.
Cleanliness was a huge issue.
