WORST NIGHT EVER

Not much at all.

I slipped and fell on ice right in front of the manager when entering the building. Was charged $30 more than the booking quote. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times, because we didn't have towels,no toilet paper and the floor was wet. We left our room for about 4 hours. Came back and there was no heat. When I tried to call management about it,the office was closed. The only way I could get a response was to call corporate. Finally got a text from the manager about no heat. And he said he couldn't do anything about it until the next morning. I had to threaten them with calling an attorney. He finally decided he would leave the comfort of his warm home and get us another room. We spent 4 hours in a room that was freezing. Even corporate was very rude. I don't think I have ever had or heard of customer service this bad. Will never stay there again.

Didn’t stay overnight because the seat was BROKEN.. couldn’t take a shower because there were no WASH CLOTHS OR TOWELS… couldn’t use the restroom because there was NO TOILET PAPER..
