The squirrel sculpture was a useful landmark in finding the place. Maybe tell future guests it across the street from the large squirrel sculpture. Did not need or try to find air conditioning or laundry during my trip.

The apartment was a little dusty and the dishes from the previous occupants were still in the dishwasher. The location was convenient and the overall stay was good.

Nice location with good dining nearby. Place could use more TLC. Burned out lightbulbs, messy kitchen, missing basics in the kitchen - dishtowels, napkins, kleenex, good fry pans, etc. Has the potential to be really special with a bit of attention. Be sure to check with the owner about any parties planned in the party room below this apartment during your stay as its extremely noisy if something is going on. Otherwise very peaceful and quiet.
