The property was in a nice location. It was clean and well appointed. Large space however could be better utilized. Also need more lounge seating. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay,beds were comfy and again really well situated for restaurants.

It was ok it was as hard to get in touch with host at first but when I did she was helpful. Clean space but it’s out dated for me. Nice area if u like quiet and duck off. I said it was good for the price and location.

We stayed here for a weekend & found both positives and areas that could use improvement. The apartment is very spacious, quiet, & in a fantastic location in the historic downtown area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, & attractions, & with plenty of convenient parking. Two-bedroom unit with 3 full-size beds; good option for groups or families. The kitchen had dishware, pots, pans, and coffee maker. The apartment appears to have been recently renovated & has potential, but some details still need attention. Several ceiling light fixtures had exposed wiring, & some renovation work seemed unfinished. The floors were quite dirty upon arrival, & there were stains on the walls, rugs, & some furniture. We also found dead bees in the window areas. Very warm when we arrived, although the 3 AC units eventually cooled the space. The kitchen was equipped, but no coffee or dish soap provided. Check-in directions were somewhat difficult to follow, tho we ultimately accessed the property. One area that could be improved is communication. We sent a question several months before our stay & without response. The only communication we received was the arrival email on the day of check-in, & it did not include contact information for questions during the stay. Overall, property offers a great location, ample space, and a quiet environment. With more attention to cleanliness, maintenance details, and guest communication, it could be an excellent rental.
