The bedding had hair and stains on it. I got charged unexpected fees at check in. The lobby was dirty, so was the room. The hotel tried to charge my card before I even stayed/checked in and I have random fees charged on my card. I'm really upset to be charged for a cleaning/damages fee at check in. They didn't even tell me if I'd get that fee back. Went down to ask for new bedding but no one was at the desk each time. No phone in the room to call the front desk either.

The room was in good to fair condition. Linens and towels were all clean but there was some damage to the bathroom door, noticeable wear and tear from time and use to some of the furniture, dirt in nooks and crannies between the walls and floor. It made me not want to sit in the dingy arm chair.

Area felt safe and was quiet. I felt secure. Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was clean, and not the "it's clean, but humid" clean. It was fresh, made well, quaint, simple, and highly effective. + Divided closet for hanging items or shelving items. + Mini fridge AND microwave. + AMPLE organization space between the desk, dresser/TV stand, 2 nightstands, and end table + Sink outside bathroom with 2 vanity mirrors (one with sink, one for makeup, etc) + Tub/Shower and toilet in 1 room. + Breakfast was carb heavy (with variety), but offered some fruits and protein options (eggs, meat, cheese). Plenty of condiments and juice with plenty of dining space in daylight w/ view. Would DEFINITELY stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. Had to wait for it to been cleaned when we checked in, but was no big deal went to eat while we waited. Staff was nice and professional. Didnt get to use the pool. King size bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffed comfortable. Noise from the hallway wasn't too noticeable

Everything was outstanding 👏. Front desk checked me in without delay, although I arrived at 2:30pm. Room was spotless, quiet, spacious, well-equipped with fridge, microwave, leather recliner, plentiful clothes storage space, luxurious and comfy bed, along with an excellent bathroom area. Breakfast offerings (thanks, Yuerin) were best served by any hotel I've seen that include this in the room price. Room price was an exceptional value. Location was safe, convenient, and pleasant. Five-stars.

All was well until I got to check the attendant was away from the counter for about 20 minutes. Dantee is close to my understanding her name she was reluctant to returning my deposit of 50 dollars cash when asked for it. her customers relationship need work she is very lacked to pleasing the customer. all was well up to check out. I do not know if I will return for lack of front desk respect to the customer.

I needed to check in early for a funeral, and the staff were very accommodating. I also appreciated the soundproof rooms. This hotel is busy, but I was never disturbed by neighbors or foot traffic through the hotel. My room was on the way to the pool. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I will stay again.

Everything went well on this stay and I have no complaints. The room was clean, spacious, very-well lit, (my wife likes bright and she was happy) and it smelled nice. The bed was good, but not the best hotel bed that I've slept on, a little too firm. The only things I would comment negatively on is that the shower was not hot, but it was warm enough for a shower, although I would have preferred a bit hotter. Someone who likes a really hot shower would not have been pleased. The flow valve for the shower and the tub spout moved around when I turned the shower on and off. Several of the electrical outlets were loose, and all but one that I tried, worked. These are minor issues and the only reason I'm bringing them up is to give an honest review. We've stayed here before, and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed on third floor and the smell of Mary Jane was over powering. We were able to smell in in our room in the morning and it made my youngest child feel ill.
