Front desk call in the middle of the night

The facilities were updated and quite clean.

My wife and I went to bed early because we had to be on the road by 5:15. At 1:30 our phone rings. It's the front desk telling us there was a noise complaint. WE WERE SOUND ASLEEP! And never turned on the TV or any other electronics. Before calling a GUEST in the middle of the night, take a minute to go near the room and see if the complaint is accurate. Of course I cannot easily fall to sleep again, so now I have a busy day and long drive ahead of me on minimal sleep, completely defeating the purpose of paying for a hotel room.

Over how modern our room was, the hotel smelled amazing, front desk super hospitable and friendly. Pool, parking, very nice beds! Amazing views and many food options near by, a brewery is literally less than a minute walk away.

I do think the floor could’ve been swept better. It wasn’t dirty at all but random stuff on floor we didn’t do. Also the room doesn’t have a microwave, this didn’t take away from our experience but don’t make eating late convenient
