As soon as I walked in the front desk warmed me with a smile. I had long day at work and rough few days. Took my info and got me right in. Another thing I like was how the parking lot was lit up so I know my car was safe. Thank you. 😊

Location being in Temecula was awesome. I did enjoy the cleaning service and fresh towels. The initial receptionist was kind and helpful.

Bathroom needs to be replaced along with broken mattress and partially working TV. The check out process could be a lot more friendly! Check out: customer service was demanding with no smile.

The pictures did not show it as a motel open to the parking lot. They did not accurately show the age and quality of the rooms and smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong every one in my group immediately got a headache

Nothing. Parking lot has broken down cars and trash everywhere. Rooms were disgusting and filthy. Air vent fell off when I tried to turn it on because it wasn’t screwed in to the unit. They obviously never clean the vents and it was full of dead bugs, lint and debris. Couches were filthy and stained along with the mattress on the pull out couch. Microwave was dirty and had some sticky stuff and hair stuck on it. The refrigerator casing corners were covered in crumbs and grime. The hotel front desk receptionist Phil was completely rude and unprofessional. Accused me and my husband of intentionally taking off the cover to air conditioning. Then said we were “nitpicking “ an actual manager never came to speak to us.

Dog poo in room after paying $30 for early check in. Was allowed the pleasure of moving rooms. Was lectured over pet policy when I had no pet only to find dog poo in my room. If it wasnt so nasy it would be hillarious.

We felt we received quite a bargain compared to other hotels where we've stayed in Temecula and Murrieta. The amenities were great! The food was comparable to more expensive hotels, the pool was heated, and everything was clean! We heard no road noise, even though, we backed up to a freeway and local street. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Compared to our stay in other hotels, this one was much nicer.

Lighting was horrible cool fluorescent and way too bright. Every fixture was blindingly bright. There were no towel bars near the sink. The television remove was difficult to operate, especially with the (too bright) nightstand light off, you can't see the controls.

We enjoyed our stay, and restaurants are near by; walking distance.

Our room was very, very clean. We had parking. Easy to check-out using the office-window. When we asked for extra towels the desk clerk brought them to us in less than 4 minutes. Since we are in our 70's we requested a first-floor room and we got it!

We actually have no complaints. Room service, check in, and check out, parking all was excellent!

The pool was cold, and the hot tub was mossy, the towels were small, the bedding was thin, and the shower curtain was so short all the water when i showed went on to the floor.

I reccomend this location to anyone who is in need of a place to stay while visiting the locals.

I visited this Hotel in mid July for my Birthday Celebration. The room was pleasant, better than I expected. Due to the name " Country Inn", made me think that the room interior was going to be based on a Country atmosphere & 1970 ish. Wrong!! The room was updated & modern with all the amenities needed. Also, I experienced the BEST customer service with the Hotel Host: Doreese!! She was Amazing!! Unbelievable to receive such a Great approach as we entered the lobby. She made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Doreese went above and beyond regarding my stay here. Very professional & very cordial to us . Any request, she acted promptly and gave a Big smile. Thank you so much!! I am guaranteed to return here because of her. P.S. She's a keeper!! Positive vibes and Friendly service is rarity unfortunately. #Happily Satisfied

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, due the mattress sitting on top of a box frame. The bed slides & not enough cushion.
