Location
There was an issue when checking out.
We prepaid for 3 rooms and one showed not paid.
The Manager, Marie was very helpful and said she will be taken care of the issue. I am awaiting a response.

The location, the staff, the breakfast buffet, the 24/7 market and complementary fresh baked cookies.
The carpets are absolutely filthy, my kids got a rash from the indoor pool, there are a lot of chips and broken parts of the room. The air conditioner is aimed at the floor and no way to change it, it also has a weird smell and barely works. Website doesn’t mention a $50 a day deposit either.
