The way the bathroom was set up with the toilet in one room and the tub area in another room. It seemed like a waste of space.

I would not stay here again. One and done

I liked the location of the hotel. 10 minutes to old town Temecula which was convenient. There is food near by. Friendly and nice staff!

The room was a little dirty with trash near the beds. The bathroom tiles had scum or mold on them. Our room was facing the freeway and they gave us ear plugs for the noise. The breakfast was mediocre.

Close to shopping and restaurants

Super loud and heard the freeway all night our beds were uncomfortable and the TV didn’t work. Plus the toilet clogged on the first night

Decent stay in old town Temecula

Walkable to old town. Clean quiet room. Relatively comfortable bed and linens. Breakfast was decent enough.

Bathroom is literally right off the bed so a bit awkward if you need to use toilet while bed mate is sleeping. Dated furnishing eg dented sofa armrest

Great quick stay for a birthday trip and some winery time

Breakfast excellent, room very clean nice and comfortable. Nice to have microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Separate toilet from other bathroom area very smart idea. Extra sofa and desk was perfect.

Ok for one night

Location was good, clean and lots of space in the suite. Microwave and fudge useful and bed super comfy.

The shower wouldn’t let you cool the water temperature so was too hot. And the room was next to the motorway which was too noisy (now we know why earplugs were provided !)

Comfortable and clean fun stay

Very comfortable room, especially the bed, spacious and clean. We loved the free coffee, breakfast in the morning with make your own waffle, and the indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel was located exactly 2 minute drive from downtown Temecula, where the action is.It felt very safe and welcoming to my little boy and I when we stay there.

The afternoon receptionist did not know your policy regarding deposits; when I asked if extra money put to my card was a holding deposit he didn’t know and said difference in price is because I booked through a third party. All turned out okay and I was charged correctly just some training needed.

Room was infested with little black bugs. When we told the manager, we were released from having to stay a second night but could not confirm that we would be reimbursed for initial night. 😡

Breakfast well ran. Clean and very good start to the day. Your staff for breakfast that made sure everything was replenished without having to ask. Plus, plus for them.

The size of the room was good with the amenities. awkward layout for the bathrooms.

Couldn’t sleep due to the traffic and the nearby door slamming all night going in and out. If you need rest this is not the hotel.
